Extremely unclean rooms - very thick dust on louvres, carpets, furniture. Hair, dead bugs and dust balls on carpets and floors. Sand on stools, coffee table etc. Food left on kitchen bench, sticky coffee table and egg shell in sink. Other than toilets and fresh sheets the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a very long time. Rooms not maintained- water damage along skirtings, switches with sticky tape on them, rust on door frames, rusty fridge. We complained to reception/management who said the rooms are 20 years what do you expect. We said we expect rooms to be cleaned and maintained for $400 night. They said cleaners had gone home and could move us to another room (in 2 days time) or refund. Wotif responded very quickly to our concerns and communicated all the way through to refund which we received a few days later.

We had a recently renovated villa so that was fantastic. I would stay here again one night wasn’t long enough.

Very spacious and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Walking distance to the shops and beach.

Poor room service, we 3 people stayed for 3 nights , there was no room service and not enough milk, toiletries. When we called the after hours manager no response.. worst ever experience, please stay away from this property

I was disappointed my room was changed without consultation after discussing what we required we had a room we couldn't use due to steps so we were moved to original room we booked. Then to top it off they booked our room for another person as well who came to check into our room with her key. I am not keen on giving a bad review, but no one bothered to contact me to explain or apologize for the inconvenience, I had to call them myself. Lovely property and a great location. There was a smoke alarm sitting on the bench that had fallen from the ceiling. The unit was immaculate and loved everything about it. But the staff failed with supplying customer service.

The bed was really solid and uncomfortable for the price I paid I would have expected a comfier bed and the tv remotes none of them work had to get batteries, and had ants all threw apartment

A fantastic room, with a short walkbto the beach. Modern facilities and close to town.

Nice place, close to beach and very clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom beach house pool. The photos were miss-leading showing the pool having a glass pool fence and at the end of the balcony. Our one was actually a metal fence and tucked around the side. Also had little issues in the room: bbq wouldn’t light and dishwasher rack was broken. Would we stay again? Yes, but these are things I would be mindful of.

Great home so close to the shops and beach. Breezes and ocean waves at night. Great large layout suited our family. Restaurant on site was a big plus with great dinners!
