布蒂克厄德爾酒店(Butik Ertur Hotel)

Well this hotel is situated just off the main through road, easy access to fuel for your car and local convenience shops (bim & A101). The hotel is set back from the road so no noise from the traffic. Good check in at reception and help for luggage up to room as no elevator. Room is spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is very nice and a reasonable selection of items, the bread is so fresh. Staff they are friendly, helpful, and you can ask and they will do their best to find out. You can only try the place for your self as this is only my opinion

Great attention, Wonderful staff especially Salih and Basak and good guidance. Correct address. Apart from the cleanliness of the rooms and the variety of breakfast, it is one of the rare locations where you can safely ask every question and get the most accurate answer. Being central is also a great advantage. Everything is within reach of your base. In addition, the explorer spirit of the hotel owners also allows you to gain a much deeper knowledge about the region.

Large room with confortable bed, quite near to the main centre of the Town, the bathroom was a problem the shower gave so poor water and from lavabo was not possible to have hot water

We were happy with our stay here. The room/bathroom were very clean & the shower had hot water with good pressure. Although the duvet felt thin, it kept us warm. Wifi was not strong in the room (we'd read a previous review about this so we hadn't expected wifi) but was strong in the halls & reception (which has comfortable seating). Staff were helpful. Close to the bus station & easy to get into town for food/transport to palace.

We stayed as part of a climbing trip to Mount Ararat. The hotel was exactly what we needed. We had a very warm welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, including looking after some of our luggage while we climbed Ararat. Some of the staff spoke English. The hotel was clean and well-kept and the food was good. There was also a nice garden area with some outdoor seating next to the car park. The hotel lounge was decorated with an array of fascinating local artefacts. For anyone visiting this area, I would totally recommend this hotel.

Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Well run, decent breakfast, spotless rooms - and a terrace with great views across to Mt Ararat.

Clean room. Professional & courteous staff. Nice off-street parking. Decent breakfast. Room could use an additional lighting or two. Very slow wi-fi was the only real minus, but a big one, as the entire city area did not seem to have a great cellular coverage, either.

Hotel buono, camera pulita, letto comodo, parcheggio privato, buona colazione. C'è anche un buon servizio ristorante. Personale gentile e disponibile. Unico problema WiFi non buono.

Super location, wenn man zum Ararat möchte oder weiter reisen Richtung Iran.
