阿格里真託主教座堂附近的阿格里真托酒店

Io e la mia compagna ci siamo voluti regalare un viaggio in Sicilia, tappe Palermo, Agrigento e Catania. Ad Agrigento era impossibile non andar a vedere la Valle dei Templi, allora abbiamo scelto questo hotel, siamo rimasti entusiasti su tutti i punti, la struttura è eccellente ma forse le persone che ci lavorano lo sono di più, gentilissime ed estremamente cordiali. Hanno saputo rispondere con competenza a qualsiasi domanda e poi la cena, che dire, ottima, non mi immaginavo che il ristorante di un hotel fosse così! La cura nelle pietanze servite è sicuramente da 10, hanno un cuoco o cuoca oltre ogni aspettativa, ripeto non solo nel cucinare, ma nel servire, nel consigliare, nel raccontare e spiegare le pietanze, il tutto non si limitava a degli ottimi cibi ma era condito anche da quel sapere che i gentilissimi camerieri hanno saputo raccontare a dei semplici commensali. 我們來這裏四晚,十月初,季節差不多結束,但是游泳池還開放,所以我們獨自給他。我們在3.stock房間裏很大,很大的陽台,有美麗的海景。早餐也對意大利條件很好。工作人員很友好。7公里遠的阿根廷市與谷,很值得一看。酒店的直接環境下很美味的餐館。

I have previously stayed at this establishment in 2019 and enjoyed the experience but I later booked another reservation to check-in in the month of April 2020, then the pandemic hit and borders closed, airlines grounded their planes, and it was forbidden to be in the streets unless buying food or seeking medical attention. I requested a refund for all the hotels and even my round-trip flight. ALL GRANTED ME REFUNDS DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES, all hotels except one.... The Hotel Villa Athena! The Hotel Villa Athena refused to grant me a refund, after I'd explained to them that I live in California and that the United States Government had issued a decree to ban all flights coming from Europe (especially Italy and Spain). The Hotel Villa Athena did not cooperate and were only willing to offer credit until December 2021. December approached and I again asked for a refund, they refused only to grant me an extension of the 416 Euro credit that I'd paid until December 2022 (mind you, ALL the other hotels on my itinerary for that cancelled trip HONORED granting me refunds even though most had a: ”No cancelation policy”, but providing excellent customer service satisfaction by granting refunds to their guests because those other hotels understood the situation of the Covid-19 Pandemic and they had to be lenient during that unfortunate time in history. Now in 2023 that I am again requesting the Hotel Villa Athena for a refund of the 416 Euros I'd paid back early in 2020, they responded by saying that the reservation had canceled and that there is NOTHING they can do about it! My conclusion: I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the poor service I received for the amount of money that I paid and that the most important thing The Hotel Villa Athena should recognize is to provide exceptional customer service skills and hospitality to their guests by understanding that ”IT'S BETTER TO LOOSE PENNYS THAN TO LOOSE DOLLARS” ( In other words: it's better to loose a bit of profit by understanding the situation of current events than loosing a customer, who will never want to ever return or will ever recommend that establishment).

This was a good base for exploring the area. We stayed 3 nights in a room with a very marginal sea view, though others have better so specify you want a full view in your booking! Easy access to the beach. The restaurant is well priced and food was excellent. Very nice house and restaurant staff, but the reception staff could do with some charm training.

這家酒店是一座古老的迷人建築,賬單很高。房間很好,但很小,有些比其他的好。早餐非常好。所以這就是好部分。挑戰:1.沒有人說英語,所以在需要時很難得到幫助。也許附近曾經有免費停車場,但是已經關閉了,現在你需要自己找停車位,這很難。開車去酒店帶我們穿過ZTL,不像其他爲您處理此問題的酒店,這家酒店看起來不像我們會最終獲得罰款。總的來說,由於挑戰,我會去其他地方。

For me this hotel give me one of the best vacation experience! The front desk staff two women and a young men when out of their way to help me whit every need I had even if it was out of there responsibility and or scope of work. I needed to travel to Palermo airport but the train authority was working on the rails we spend a lot of time figuring out what was the best plan of action to make this 3 hours trip a great experience w/o me spending 12 hours waiting for my flight at the airport. So I took the bus and spend only 2 hours at the airport to come back home Bravo!! Noeme the pool attendant and Alfonsa the room service ladie were particularly helpful in making my day go by smoothly and enjoyable wile sleeping well. The breakfast staff remember how you like your coffee after the fist morning, do I need to say more?

The Doric was absolutely an outstanding resort. Every room had a swimming pool (not just a dunk pool) with lounge chairs and a huge glass door opening up to the valley. The staff, especially Katia, could not do enough for us. Their service was second to none! The food was outstanding, the wine was delicious and the cocktails were superb! The grounds were impeccably manicured with a beautiful view of one of the temples on the other side of the valley. Looking forward to going back and spending a few more days in such a relaxing atmosphere.
