Me encantó el alojamiento, estaba en apartamento y todos los días nos limpiaban la habitación. La ubicación perfecta porque estaba en medio de la isla, sin embargo siempre necesitas coche. Hay un supermercado a 15 minutos en coche. Las vistas increíbles y la atención muy buena. Indudablemente repetiría.

En famille 2 adultes 3 enfants ! Pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles , petit déjeuner redondants , bruit souffleries insupportables sur la terrasse , dommage car la vue est très belle et le cadre sympa Je recommande pour 2-3 nuits max mais pas pour passer la semaine Le 3e lit n’est pas un lit !

Local muito bonito, paisagem incrível. Espaço amplo, com piscinas e campos de Beach Tennis. Bons quartos. Excelente atendimento, bom pequeno almoço. Restaurante do hotel óptimo, sushi incrível, tudo valeu a pena.

El WC tenía restos de excremento La habitación olía a cigarro. No nos podían cambiar de habitación porque el hotel “estaba lleno”. Reembolsaron esa primera noche y aceptamos quedarnos en el hotel con el compromiso de que al día siguiente se haría una limpieza exhaustiva para eliminar cualquier olor. Al siguiente día nos dimos cuenta de que no habían hecho la supuesta limpieza exhaustiva que habían prometido. De hecho, ni siquiera habían limpiado la habitación. Nuevamente lo reporté a recepción y lo único que hicieron fue cambiar las sábanas. No cambiaron las cortinas que estaban sucias y olían a cigarro porque “este hotel-resort de 4 estrellas no tiene cortinas de recambio”. Reporté que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no se podía apagar, al día siguiente consiguieron apagarlo, pero nunca se tomaron la molestia de arreglarlo. La excusa fue primero que no había técnico durante el fin de semana y luego directamente pasaron de todo. También reporté que una luz no funcionaba, tampoco la arreglaron. El lavavajillas no funcionaba bien y había que lavarlo todo a mano. Este hotel no es ni remotamente de categoría 4 estrellas. Está sucio y no hay manera de que limpien propiamente la habitación. Las calidades en general son pésimas y tiene todas las carencias que podrías encontrar en cualquier hostel. Las piscinas solo pueden ser usadas en verano porque el agua está helada. Es increíble como un hotel tan nuevo está tan desgastado.

Me gustó las vistas al mar y lo que no me gustó nada que el extractor del bar se escucha en todo el hotel, la primera habitación tuvimos el sonido hasta las 23:30. En la segunda habitación mejor, pero Salias a la terraza y era insoportable

Me gustó la localización y lo que no me gustó fue el ruido del extractor constantemente

Estivemos neste hotel com regime de meia pensão. O quarto era impecavelmente limpo todos os dias, toalhas repostas, louça utilizada era lavada na máquina da loiça do quarto e arrumada. Todos os funcionários eram extremamente simpáticos e disponíveis. O pequeno almoço era servido no quarto no horário pré definido por nós. O jantar de 2a a 5a(o restaurante encontra se fechado) era servido no quarto, como este possui uma Kitchenet, tínhamos todos os utensílios para o jantar. A piscina encontrava se quase vazia," era toda para nós". Devido às época era de esperar. Devo salientar, que a comida do restaurante "O Refúgio", é de qualidade e bastante saborosa,os funcionários do restaurante eram simpáticos e bastante profissionais, eram eles que entregavam no quarto. Se algum dia voltar, será neste hotel que farei a reserva.

O resort e o staff impecável. A piscina é que ficamos sem saber se era pública ou não. Fornecem pulseiras aos hóspedes para utilização da mesma, no entanto fazem festas de aniversário com miudagem, sem cumprir as regras da piscina, incomodando os hóspedes que pagaram para lá estar.

Really wonderful staff and stay. Weather was lovely mid-January and after a short run along the beautiful streets, I rewarded myself with a dip in the outdoor pool just past my patio. A couple of fabulous restaurants nearby - Adega Caloura and Bar Caloura. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. I will return.

Lovely hotel, renovated rooms with balcony facing sunset. Amazing restaurant. Best sushi I ever had!

I just returned from a three night stay at this hotel with my girlfriend and our teenage daughter. We have been countless times in S. Miguel as we consider it such a pleasant and beautiful island. This time we opted for a hotel outside the main towns and in fact we managed to do just that. At the same time it is only 20 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes away from Ponta Delgada or Ribeira Grande, the two main towns. We already visited the nine islands of the Azores archipelago and always get a rental car at the airport (exception at Corvo Island). If you are staying in this hotel, it is paramount that you do the same. As to the hotel itself, we booked it only four weeks in advance on high season, thus we had to pay the full rate of the stay at that moment. Upon check-in on room 206, we were given two identical cards without any distinctive element, one to open the door and the other to insert into the slot for lightening. That is odd, generally, hotels give two identical keys to open the door and one of them, if necessary can be left on the slot when we are out. We were assigned a spacious accommodation with living room, bedroom and bathroom. We did not have sea view and the living room had lots of glass walls overlooking the adjacent condo. All those glasses made it very hot on the sun shining days and we had to keep the AC on during the day. The décor of the room was unstylish and lacking attention to details. The bedroom had a big closet but no clothes rail or hangers. Besides that, one of the doors of the closet could not be opened fully, because it bumped into the shelves that are installed as bedside tables. The safe was old style, that is to say, it closes with a key that we had to ask for at the reception at no charge, along with a cumbersome key ring that we had to take with us whenever we were out of the room. The living room had a well equipped kitchen, that we did not use but it was constantly patrolled by half a dozen ants. We had bought previously some good looking fruits and had to fill a big dish with water and in the middle of it we put a small dish with our fruit so that the ants weren’t able to cross the water in order to get to fruit island. The bathroom was very spacious and pleasant looking even if the washbasin was more stylish than efficient. This room lacked tremendously of a place to put one´s belongings (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, electrical razor and so on). Amazingly no one foresaw the installation of a shelf. The social areas of the hotel such as the lobby are, again, unstylish, corridors have shabby carpeting. The room where breakfast is served has a view to an outside wall and lacks natural lightening. Breakfast itself has a reasonable variety of items, but by no means is it worth 12 euro per person per day, that in our case we were asked to paid in advance, precisely at the same moment we made the reservation.
