This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

숙박하면서 불편한점 없이 잘 묵다 갑니다 출장다니면서 다녔던 숙소중에 굉장히 괜찮았던거 같아요 인도에서 불편함없는 숙소덕분에 잘다녀갑니다

位置 位置 位置。。。靠近機場，在艾哈邁達巴德和甘迪納加之間，去政府商務目的地都很方便。。服務，服務，服務。。態度 態度 態度。。友好、高服務，自始至終各個方面沒有做不到的。印象深刻的幾個比較優秀的酒店服務員，始終保持微笑、隨時準備為你提供幫助：Ashutosh, Mohan 還有主廚 Haresh。前台：Antony, Ankit Pravin, sudesh kewal還有管家 Ajay Aryushi！看起來總經理Mukherjee跟他的團隊做的很好！

Personale di sala molto garbato e professionale Nitesh e Dolly entrambi molto preparati ed efficienti,la cucina andrebbe adattata aggiungendo alcuni piatti per clienti Europei che magari non gradiscono cose troppo piccanti o il coriandolo ,i dolci sono veramente ottimi e dopo alcuni giorni anche il caffè espresso assomigliava molto a quello italiano. Il menù è troppo ripetitivo e si rischia di mangiare sempre le stesse cose. Alcune note dolenti,la zona fumatori non è protetta né dal sole né dalla pioggia,basterebbe una piccola tettoia per rendere la zona più accogliente. La lavanderia è un altro punto a favore,precisa e puntuale ogni giorno . Purtroppo la piscina,che potrebbe essere un punto di forza,invece è un altro punto dolente. Molte volte non disponibile e poco curata. Le camere sono abbastanza silenziose e si può riposare tranquillamente anche con vicini un po' rumorosi.

Kein Fön im Zimmer, Wasserkocher funktioniert nicht. Transfer ist nicht kostenlos und war dann auch nicht verfügbar obwogl er bei Ankunft bereits angefragt wurde.

Solo trip to Ahmadabad, boring in terms of weather is too hot couldn't enjoy the city tour. Hotel is good nicely kept. Has all the require facilities require for business travelers. spa and gym is available where you can spend your time. Gym is free operational always. Spa facilities available let at fine rate when it comes to five star properties. Team is good, nice gesture. Hope so will be back next month for one more solo trip.staff is nice helpful keep you engaged. trip was solo and single.

Ottimo hotel, camere pulite e personale molto gentile, la connessione internet purtroppo lascia molto a desiderare e per chi lavora diventa un disagio, il ristorante interno offre numerosi piatti gustosi, purtroppo la cucina internazionale è quasi assente

We checked into the hotel at around 6:00 pm on 29th June 2022. We were greeted at the reception advising that our stay was booked for 3 person occupancy. So the hotel was well aware about it. Through the ********** booking process the hotel contacted us if we would be interested in an upgrade. Since we were three persons we had requested for a suite, however, there was no upgrade provided although the request was made before hand. When we entered the room there were no hand towels or face towels not a bath mat provided. On calling housekeeping we were provided with one hand towel for a triple occupancy room. On repeated calling also we were only provided with a third bath towel but no hand towels and no bath mat. The mattress too was much to be desired as it was one which had lost its tension and was soft to sink inside to a level where one could have developed a lumbar problem. It was fortunate that we had an early 4:00 am flight so limited use of the mattress was required. The saving grace was that the airport transfer staff was good which allowed us to leave peacefully.

Over priced for what you get. Staff useless . Menu not varied enough .

Hallway carpet stinks. Room bathtub getting filled when you shower. Not enough cleanliness.Staff is not helpful. Charged extra for one person even 3 person is allowed and mentioned during booking. Not enough towels in the room. I would not recommend to anyone. I would give 2 stars out of 5.

This is my business trip, but I never ever stay this kind of horrible property. 1. Checkin in process too much Slow and front desk staff’s are unprofessional like anything. 2. Rooms are very conjugated 3. Floor area are bad smell / dirty: 4. Very bad in communication, neither they pickup phone call nor they respond in person request 5. In room dining worst. I never seen this kind of irresponsible behaviour from any other property.
