Very nice, food is delicious, good hospitality neet and clean rooms good evvrament restaurant is economically

Though supposed to be an executive room, the tv set top box was not recharged. It took about two hours to get only one english news channel ( republic ) after repeated intervention. There was no kettle nor coffee, tea and milk satchets in the room. The kettle was provided the next day after repeated complaints. The bathroom roof had fungus stains probably six months to a year old. The wc bottom had become brown in colour, probably not cleaned properly or stained. Room walls had stains indicating that hotel was not maintained properly aim is not to criticise but to improve the facility as the hotel is charging for same and not offering anything free. I didn't take photos, but informed the receptionist on 27th morning (tall, thin youngish looking male) and took him to the room 104 and showed him all the issues mentioned earlier. In fact he was the one who organized the kettle

In the last moment the hotel shifted us to another property of theirs near airport, a place with nothing nearby. There was no other option but to agree to what hotel is saying.

It was a great experience, overall facilities are nice food was also good, polite staff's, cleaned environment

Best hotel for stay! room: we were 4 members and stayed in executive rooms. Overall rooms were spacious and clean. Toilets and bathrooms were clean but commodes were looking very dirty because it has stain from inside. It needs to be removed. Hotel staff: room service staff was very cooperative and gentle. Overall service was the best. Food and restaurant staff: i must say that the food taste was just delicious. Order anything and you will get the best taste. Service was really very quick. Restaurant staff was good.

Location just adjoining gandhi ashram. Many landmarks nearby. Room service has sufficient variety & timely courteous service. The restaurant has excellent ambience & good food. They can go to any extent to see a smile of satisfaction on your face.

I really liked the rooms, though there was no facility of early check-in as hotel was fully booked. The food was nice and it even has it's own restaurant and i had a very great dinner with amazing service. One plus point is sabarmati aasram is only 350 m from the hotel, so you can visit by walking through and enjoy the view of sabarmati river.

Location is good. Food is ok. Staffs are cooperative. Room is clean. Room is very small. Not satisfied with room size.
