First they allotted a room in third floor. As there is no lift, after a lot of requesting we were given a room in first floor. When booking, they must specifically mention that there is no lift and also inform in which floor the room shall be. We wanted an hour's extension of stay which was flatly refused.

1) 1st thing we were shocked that selected hotel sai arpan refused to allot rooms for us 2) they have taken us to a different stay hotel mandi palace 3) the room lacked a basic facility. No hygiene (bed, blankets)
no hot water (its pilgrimage place and morning darshan at 4:30 without hot water) we were in shock of all this but thought baba wanted us stay like this (blessing. We kept quite thought of rising a complqint after 2 days
you guys pinged me. I would requestvfor full refund for this terrible experience

I had a bad experience while checking in. The receptionist denied saying they haven't received any such booking and suggested this must be for different hotel in the town with the same name. Although there was no other hotel with the same name. After arguing for 15-30 mins the staff agreed that there is a booking under my name. On the next day while checking out the staff again started arguing saying that, payment hasn't been done. However i had paid the full amount in advance. Similar to the previous day after arguing for sometime they agreed that they have received the payment.
