酒店無可挑剔，坐落在小山上，陽台的景色很好。雖然一段山路確實不會殺死任何人，但是它讓我每天早上下山的時候都摔一跤……（因為我們去的那幾天每天都在下雨）直接影響了水下活動。如果選擇住在這裏，又不開車，必須步行下山，還下雨的話，我建議穿一雙超級防滑的鞋。

老實說，我們在艾爾利海灘找不到比這裡更好的住宿地點了。我們的公寓位於下一層，享有壯麗的景色和我們可能需要的一切。 房間寬敞、乾淨，泳池更是錦上添花。在一座小山上，但可以肯定的是，走一小段路不會殺死任何人！ 如果我們去艾爾利，我肯定會再次預訂這裡，因為我們非常享受在海星＜3的住宿

Awesome view but of course that comes with a hill to walk up and down. I personally enjoy the challenge and there are always taxi's for a cost of around $8 from town. Although our room number 24 was dated and could do with a refurb it was comfortable and most importantly clean and suited us. The pool was refreshing after a walk with an infinity edge with beautiful views. Roof top spa was awesome to sit and watch the stars and would recommend. In my opinion management were a "non event" definitely not rude but came across a little "over it" Overall a very pleasant experience and I would stay again. Note - do yourself a favour and grab some take away from the indian at the bottom on the hill "Airlie tandoori" incredible food and they deliver.

View from apartments are awesome. Airlie is so beautiful. Walk into town, catch taxi back for $7. Except Saturday night. Near impossible to find a cab. Ended up walking the very steep hill back to sea star. I lived! Not bad for a 64 year old. The apartment…..comfy enough. Shower door covered in mould at the base. Toilets flooded occasionally, but they provide a plunger, so must be aware. Appliances are old and rusty. Oven door handle gets extremely hot. Bed was pretty old and lumpy. I saw a brush under bed from a previous guest. I vacuumed floor and it got dropped plastic bits. The wheels were falling apart. So……great location, clean enough, but everything is old. Would I stay again….yes But would prefer something in town due to the hill

What a view! We stayed at the Sea Star for two nights after sailing in the Whitsundays. The apartment was huge and equipped with everything your heart desires. The bed was great and the balcony overlooked the entirety of Airlie Beach Bay. A dream! The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. We really enjoyed our time there.

Stole my clothes then lied about it… just disgusting I placed them in the dryer 20 mins before leaving called them that day, told they would call me back, numerous messages and calls no response finally get hold of them and $600.00 worth of clothes gone. Additionally they give you car park then park in it themselves Ryde arrogant thieves

The views and location are excellent. However the units are outdated, dirty and appliances are faulty. There are stains on cushions, holes in walls, cockroaches, and dust everywhere. Washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioners were faulty. The beds are old and are very uncomfortable. Disturbingly, the fire alarms were broken/without batteries in our unit so they are also breaching fire safety regulations. The receptionist Sharon does a great job but the on-site manager Steve is extremely rude and appears to be completely over his job. His customer service skills are non existent and if the owners of the units knew how he was treating the guests they would no doubt be appalled. Would not recommend.

A great location with beautiful sea views. Spacious apartments with everything you need for your stay. Super friendly staff.

Fantastic large apartment with all the homey facilities you could want. Incredible view of the sea. Garage was handy.

The views are incredible! Apartments are spacious and very clean and well maintained. If you have heavy luggage it is difficult as there is no lift. We found the hot water to be only luke warm in the shower. We had a great stay.

The view was incredible! The staff were so accommodating and we would love to come back again. Our room was getting a bit tired so I hope there is a reno coming but I’d still stay again next week!

Where we stayed & the appartments was great, but if this can get relayed to the local council, it was disappointing in the amount of rubbish that was washed up on Airlie beaches, it seems that they don't get cleaned by the councils as i didn't see any in the mornings. It's a shame as this area prides on the Reef & beaches.

Stunning views of the bay. Large apartment. Very comfortable bedding. We'd definitely stay again. Lovely staff as well 👍

Anything you needed in the room, it was there. Everything in the apartment was 10/10 couldn’t of been happier. Yes it’s older, but kept well and you need is in your room. Very clean and couldn’t complain about anything. The view is something else.
