De foto's komen niet overeen met het hotel
Hotel was smerig en het eten was voor een 4 sterren niet bijzonder
De hotel receptiemanager was wel een super lieve vrouw en heeft wel naar onze klachten geluisterd nogmaals dank daarvoor

There was no such a comparison or a thing to say more than a terrible comments about service and staff presence and the way of treating customers
The check in took more than 2 hours
And the type of food even salty or smells bad
Even we complained about it during the stay there was no a good explanation
