阿克倫市中心萬怡酒店(Courtyard Akron Downtown)

The AC in our room did not work. It wasn’t until we woke up warm at 2 am before we realized it. Upon check out, the front desk staff said that we should have called down to get our room switched. At 2am? They then said because we booked through ******* there was nothing they could do for us. I then decided to just get a coffee from the lobby Starbucks. They said they were short staffed because people had called off, which is fine I understand that but after 10 minutes, still no one was taking orders. This hotel was $250 per night. For a non major city that is expensive to not have impeccable services.

There is no actual on site parking. It’s a public lot otherwise 2 blocks away and did not look safe. No one answers the phones and check in had a line out the door. Rooms are fantastic though

Never cleaned my room although I requested the day before and day of, before I left. Never sent my 2nd request for towels up after not cleaning my room.

I arrived to my hotel at 12:30 am super tired. Had to sit for 1 hour for my room to get cleaned. At the same time there was 2 more families sitting and waiting for their rooms. Front desk was friendly and professional but there is no excuse not to have room ready by 12:30am.

Hotel is new and had great amenities. Could have used a little more thorough cleaning in the room and touch up of peeling paint

Beautiful newer building. However the front desk person could’ve been a robot as she repeated her “welcome in” 3 times during my check-in. She had zero answers to any questions we had, then put us in the wrong room. But, the icing on the cake was the fire alarm going off at 1am and the entire building needing to evacuate their rooms. Quite possibly due to the pot smoke billowing out of a room on our floor. Not a good experience for us!

No hot tub. Bistro not open in the evening. Up and coming neighborhood, but not safe to walk downtown from hotel. Most establishments around hotel (there were not many) not open on Saturdays, except for a marvelous Italian restaurant across the street. Friendly staff, clean rooms.
