An Excellent place to stay to unwind. The rooms are big and inviting. The staff are good and a special mention for Linda, Thesse, Francisca and Gertrude for making my stay so welcoming. Lily the massuese was excellent. They even have a mini zoo!

The staff were very attentive and the rooms were really nice. I loved the wood elements plus the view of the pool. I was down with a cold during the meeting so could not enjoy the many facilities on offer. I however did take advantage of the tub.

Place is not worth it for value. Went there for a seminar , area was OK so decided to return for a week-end. Unable to rest or stay close to the swimming-pool. On week-ends hotel is offering all inclusive buffet and live band thus place is so crowded and noisy had to spend the afternoon in my room. Not my expectation when I initially booked. Dinner buffet is limited in term of choice , breakfast is OK.

Everything was nice except that I was not informed I will pay for extra breakfast which to me was a flaw on the person whom the reservation was made with. Apart from the above all other things was in its rightful way, the spa was perfect, bar services was on point.

My institution went for a 2 day workshop at the resort..The staff were very friendly and the meals were sumptuous . Internet connectivity was very good and the rooms were very clean too. The pool and garden with the animals are a good side attraction.
