Es un lugar cerca de San José con bellas cataratas y senderos para relajarse. Puede mejorar la limpieza pero el servicio es excelente. La atención del restaurante excelente en especial la de don Luis, es bueno que empresas le den la oportunidad a personas mayores de 60 años que quieren ganarse la vida honradamente. Especial felicitación a los reclutadores de este hotel que hacen que tengamos ganas de volver. Gracias a Mario por su pronta atención y respuesta.

La propiedad es muy grande en un precioso entorno natural con cascadas y aves dentro del propio Hotel. Que pena no haberme podido quedar durante mas tiempo!! Lo unico que me molesto fue el ruido del motor de la nevera, soy europea y esto nos suele molestar para obtener un plácido descanso !!

Nous avons énormément apprécié ce magnifique resort : villa tout confort et magnifiquement agencée, jardins magnifiques, sentiers idylliques. L'accueil et le restaurant sont top ! Et tout cela sur les hauteurs de Alajuela avec des vues splendides et une fraîcheur relative ! Point à améliorer cependant : étant ******* VIP, je suis censé être éligible lorsque des départs tardifs sont disponibles. Cela n'était hélas pas disponible et l'employée de l'accueil m'a proposé de rester au bord de la piscine avant mon vol retour moyennant "des frais supplémentaires", alors que cela avait été annoncé être gratuit à l'enregistrement. J'ai dû rappeler et insister pour que cela reste gratuit. Pour un séjour de 3 nuits, à 500dollars la nuit et nos diverses consommations au restaurant, je trouve cette demande de facturation (pour pouvoir simplement rester dans les lieux communs du resort après l'heure du check out) déplacée voire même méprisable du client... Pura Vida !

Excelente lugar para contacto con la naturaleza y escapar de la ciudad.

El lugar perfecto para descansar a menos de una hora de la capital. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla más que bien. Ideal para parejas.

Beautiful villas set among lush tropical gardens with views overlooking Alajuela and airport. Attentive an courteous staff, beautiful surroundings and comfortable villas made our stay an enjoyable. The restaurant offers excellent choices of fine dining with superb service. Gracias for a loverly 2 night stay.

Great location and resort, beautifully kept and maintained! Very friendly and courteous staff, gorgeous view over San Jose from the patio restaurant for breakfast and Dinner! Only 30 Min drive from the San Jose Airport! Only issue we had during our one night stay was no hot water in our villa!

Excellent choice for our first visit to CR. There is no tv or radio in room….we did enjoy the quiet time, staff, view, and food was amazing!! Loved walking the grounds. Spa experience was great! Pools were well kept and the ability to drink the tap water was cool!!

Great property. The staff is great. Luis in the restaurant and Luis at front desk really helped us. It’s quaint and quiet - the sunset pool is warm and a gorgeous view. The location is great - close to airport and Poás Volcano. We did the hike on the property with the waterfalls and was beautiful. Be sure to check the timing of your visit to Poas so the volcano isn’t clouded over.

This boutique resort was 1st class all the way. The service and staff were impeccable.

The on property hiking is incredible. There are both easy and difficult trails to hike down to the waterfalls. Beautiful birds everywhere. They let our nine year old granddaughter plant a tree for her birthday.

Beautiful villas, amazing grounds gardens and pools. Staff is friendly, attentive and professional. Food is great. Perfect place to stage your CR vacay on your days arriving and leaving. I love this place.
