La mejor atención del mundo por parte del personal del hotel. Las instalaciones son impresionantes. Super relajante todo el ambiente del hotel y del Pueblo de Alamos en general. En su spa tuve el mejor facial de mi vida. La comida es ESPECTACULAR (sobre todo el pan recien hecho). Y su bar con mas de 700 tequilas diferentes, que mas se puede pedir???

A beautiful place to spend a week and relax, comfortable rooms and surroundings. The meals were first rate and well prepared, the staff, while not completely fluent in English did make every effort to accommodate and or get someone who was. The grounds were beautifully maintained. Alamos seems to be what San Miguel de Allende was 40 years ago. We will definitely go back.

Es un hotel hermoso , entras y sientes una paz , tiene jardines muy bonitos y las recamaras muy bonitas y la cama más cómoda en la que he dormido !! Vale muchísimo la pena venir un fin de semana sin duda :). Nosotros vinimos a la boda de unos amigos y estuvo hermosa y la cena muy rica también .

El mejor hotel de Alamos para pasar un fin dé descanso. Instalaciones de lujo, áreas y restaurantes a altura del mejor hotel. Atención inmejorable con buena actitud siempre. Definitivamente un lugar para volver y disfrutar además de visita Alamos pueblo mágico

Excelente servicio, excelente ambiente. Ampliamente recomendado. Los empleados muy amables, el pueblo muy lindo, volveríamos sin duda una vez más a hospedarnos en el hotel y visitar el pueblo mágico.

Extraordinary attention to detail at every level; the accommodation, the staff and the food were all perfection. The room was Spanish colonial style with art and textures reminiscent of the 17th Century and included a private balcony. All of the staff were friendly and always willing to help. We like to eat and eat well. The dining experience was outstanding.

This was my third visit to The Hacienda de los Santos in the past year, usually with my husband but when my 3 girlfriends heard me rave about it they wanted to see for themselves. Magical, beautiful, staff extraordinaire ,elegant rooms, delicious cuisine & drinks, plus the amazing, hospitable Swickard family. We ran out of adjectives-there was something at every turn to feed the soul. The historically built Chapel is a jewel. We found charming vignettes to paint and played Mah-jongg by the pool. (Also, found fabulous Mexican silver jewelry in the boutique!) We were captured by the ambience of Alamos, but especially, The Hacienda. Can't wait to go back!!

La arquitectura y decoración sublime, cena deliciosa y elegante, el trato del personal muy amable. Un lugar hermoso y conservado en perfecto estado a pesar de cientos de años.una pena no haber podido estar más tiempo para disfrutarlo todo!!!
