We came to Kleopatra Suit Hotel after leaving another hotel after a terrible experience. Kleopatra Suit Hotel was like an oasis. Fatih was extremely helpful and showed us the different room options. We selected the suite with a separate living area and bedroom as well as a Hamam in the bathroom. This hotel was the cleanest I have ever seen and was centrally located. It's walking distance to Kleopatra beach, the teleferik (cable car), and lots of restaurants and shops. If you are visiting beautiful Alanya I highly recommend you stay here.

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel twice and let me tell you the experience here is always the best, the staff are very accommodating at the hotel and are very friendly and helpful rooms are always clean spacious and comes with a balcony .. Breakfast is served with beautiful balcony views overlooking the sea. We enjoy our stay here as everything is close by from the beaches to shops restaurants and all the local amenities we have already recommended this hotel to family and friends who would like to visit Alanya the lady owner of the hotel is a very lovely lady and we would love to visit this hotel again because you won't get this experience of this hotel anywhere else IT'S THAT Good!!! Let's start with the positive: - delicious food - new, clean hotel - great entertainers, including parties (we went on a ship and to a club with the animation team), special thanks to Habibi, Kristina, and Umut - good rooms Now, let me tell you about the negative side of the hotel: The hotel's administration shows complete negligence towards its customers. This is the first time I have experienced something like this. The story began when my partner and I decided to skip breakfast and rest after a tour. It was around 10 o'clock. I went to the bathroom and heard someone swiping a card on the door's card reader. I thought it was the cleaner, so I put up the ”do not disturb” sign and went back to sleep. About an hour passed. We had the door locked with a latch, and suddenly the door flew open along with the door frame. A lady barged in and shouted, ”WHERE ARE MY THINGS, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!” Dealing with that woman was a whole separate story, but to summarize: it turned out she was moving from one room to another and forgot that she was not in room 612 (our room). She told the receptionist room 612, and THEY JUST GAVE HER A CARD! We tried to explain to the administrator that it is not normal to hand out room keys based solely on someone's word. I said to the administrator, ”So, if anyone comes up to you and tells you my room number, you would give them a card?” To which this unpleasant individual clearly and firmly replied, ”Yes.” After that, we asked for this manager to be called because it was not just unpleasant that this woman broke the door, but also that the administration not only failed to apologize but also acted rudely. In response, the administrator at the reception said, ”I am the one in charge here. If you don't like it, there's the door, you can leave.” Overall, if it weren't for the negligence and rudeness of the administrator (who, of course, doesn't wear a badge and apparently prefers anonymity in their statements), this would have turned into a funny vacation story. But it was precisely the way they responded to us and ”helped” that ruined the whole impression of ”customer care.” If you plan to stay at this hotel, everything will be fine until an unforeseen incident occurs, which the administration simply couldn't care less about. Такое у меня впервые. История началась с того, что мы с молодым человеком решили пропустить завтрак и выспаться после экскурсии. Часов 10 было. Встала в туалет, слышу как кто-то елозит картой по кардридеру двери, думала уборщица, поставила «не беспокоить» и уснула дальше. Прошел где-то час. The hotel is geared only to Russian guests. At the reception they can only say a few words in English. The hotel service, although only Russian speaks it, is very nice and helpful! Restaurant food poor and repetitive, only soups very good. All animations for guests and children only in Russian or in sign language. 95% of all markings are also in Russian. The behavior of most of the Russian guests leaves much to be desired. When you go to breakfast, you can see 80% of the sunbeds occupied by towels, and during the day all sunbeds are occupied in this way.
