The excellent hotel in this area. We love the food, service and all facilities there very much.

We had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us. The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.

Très cher pour ce que c’est le service qui va avec il n’y ai pas la chambre simple sans intérêt les finitions propreté laisse à désirer pas de service exemple impossible de déjeuner à l’extérieur alors qu’il fait beau hé soleil obligé de courir après tout le monde pour avoir juste un cendrier et est impossible d’avoir quelque chose à grignoter ou à manger à 16h l’après-midi c’est un établissement qui se dit Grand hôtel mais il n’a que le nom

Ottimo hotel, super ben posizionato, servizio eccellente, pizza fantastica. Camera piccola, ma un balcone meraviglioso e purtroppo senza aria condizionata, questo ci ha disturbato il sonno, poiché abbiamo dovuto lasciare la porta del balcone aperta e anche con il meraviglioso rumore del mare, ha disturbato un po' la qualità del sonno. Molto buona anche la spa. Parcheggio in hotel, anche questo fa la differenza.

Meraviglioso soggiorno, dal momento del nostro arrivo fino alla partenza il personale ha fatto di tutto per garantirci il massiomo del comfort. Davvero incredibile la gentilezza di tutto lo Staff! Complimenti davvero. L'atmosfera che si respira al Grand Hotel Alassio è rilassante e familiare. L'hotel si trova in centro ad Alassio affacciato direttamente sulla spiaggia privata. Fantastico il Centro Talassoterapico con l'enorme piscina. Ottimo il ristorante, abbiamo pranzato e cenato sempre in Hotel, ne valeva la pena, ottime le proposte tipiche liguri, da NON perdere la Pizza! Eccellente! Pet friendly -:) ...Torneremo sicuramente.

Un week-end grand luxe entre copines 👍☀️ Un grand Merci à Alex pour l’organisation parfaite de notre séjour ! La chambre était spacieuse , vue féerique, excellente literie. La qualité de l accueil des équipes à la plage, au bar, au restaurant ( excellent petit déjeuner buffet) et bien sure de la réception. Un vrai hôtel 5*****. Nous reviendrons !!!

Un lieu très agréable- très bien situé - chambre correcte . En revanche, c'était la réouverture tout n'était pas prêt - et malgré la période hors saison les prix sont exorbitants. tarif des massages, restés à 2023 écrits 90 E, or, on vous annonce que c'est 120 € pour 50' , le restaurant exemple un verre de vin = 14€- c'est agréable, personnel sympathique, mais en dessous de ce qu'on pourrait attendre dans un tel établissement.

Hôtel au bord de la mer, le spa est magnifique et très agréable. Hygiène parfaite et personnel aux petits soins. Très bon restaurant un peu cher, service impeccable. Chambre bien tenue mais un peu petite. Dommage, nous n'avons pas pu profiter des extérieurs de l'hôtel la météo jouait contre nous. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique.

Soggiorno ormai da anni in questa struttura, tra le migliori di Italia. Pernotto più di cento notti in albergo all'anno, e questo rimane uno dei migliori per qualità di vita in struttura, cortesia e servizi.
