奧爾巴尼萬怡酒店(Courtyard Albany)

Lights in the room were all the "blue" LEDs...swap those out for modern technology and get an instant increase in ambiance. Don't count on grabbing a drink at the restaurant in the evening...it wasn't open.

First let me say the front desk staff and maintenance were amazing!!!! They were friendly, accommodating and efficient. The housekeeping staff - not so much! I was booked for 2 weeks and the first night I checked in… a dirty washcloth was left in the bathroom, the iron would blink on and off causing them to give me a very old iron, housekeeping left trash in my room which eventually made me say I’ll clean myself! Checked out a day early and the front desk recommended talking to the manager which was a waste as she was not interested or engaged. Told me that she needed to know when things happened and I let her know I reported daily! This hotel was renovating which was another disappoin**ent (but I could deal with that… as they made the best of a bad situation)… this hotel did not feel like a Marriott.. it felt like a motel off Route 66… housekeeping is crippling this hotel and the lack of empathy from management …. Bonvoy points doesn’t solve every issue!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. It was in a great location. I will book this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is nicely remodeled. The staff could really care less about their guests. Front desk was always abandoned, or the employees on their personal phones. The ice machines were out of order. And as a construction worker always on the road, its nice to start the day off with breakfast. This hotel does not offer a continental breakfast. You could get a bowling alley style meal from their Bistro though for $4-$9. There are better options in the surrounding area. I probably won't stay here again unless the better hotels are booked.

Nice and quiet! Very cleaned. Excellent customer service!

Electrical outlets did not work. Bathtub drain did not work. Trash on the floor under the desk and the room had a chemical odor. The hotel was full so I was not able to change rooms. The a/c was also not functioning properly.

Room was comfortable and larger than I expected

Housekeepers did an outstanding job helping us clean and reassemble our room after we had to unexpectedly checkout of our suite. They made sure the bridal’s decorations were conserved and transported everything to the new assigned room with no complaints. We were able to get their names but thank you to the ladies that helped us in room 301 and 101!

Staff knowledgeable and kind. Great Hotel.
