Godawful. Upon arrival in the room (which smelled), toilet was not flushed and the urin was still there. Bathtub was filthy, semi-clogged (took forever to drain). Breakfast was awful. Worst hotel experience in the last 3 years.

Breakfast was very strange, room needed to vacuumed ,decor was circa 1980’s, desperately needs a remodel, not enough towels. No vending machines, no ice machines, no restaurant or bar( the facilities are there just not used) a much needed revenue stream ! Staff was polite and friendly !!

À éviter absolument, les chambres sont sales, nous avons hésité à utiliser le lit qui était plein de poils et cheveux. Les gens ont fait le chahut toute la nuit et l’hôtel est très mal insonorisé alors que nous sommes à côté d’un autoroute.

A cama do hotel é confortável e embora fique localizado na rodovia, não é possível ouvir barulho de fora. O ar condicionado faz barulho, mas nada que atrapalhe o sono. O banheiro estava cheio de batatas pequenas, em torno de umas 15. Foi necessário matar, para conseguir tomar banho. O café da manhã é bastante fraco.

El trato de la señorita del front desk bastante distendente, seria, poco empatica, le hice unas preguntas porque necesitaba ayuda y sus respuestas fueron sin fundamentos, con respecto a la habiatacion la tasa del baño no descarga bien, la secadora de pelo rota y la tv no funciona

Had a reservation, they endes up charging me more for a different room that I didn’t request. Bathroom smells and is full of stains. Doesn’t look nothing like the pictures. The wifi doesn’t work well (we’re on the 7th floor and barely get signal). They never confirmed the price with me just took my debit card and charged me a different amount and now I have to wait till the next morning to talk to a manager.

The rooms are no way near to what is advertised on website. They look old, not properly maintained, and no air fresheners were used. Sheets weren’t clean as well. Out of all the aspects the only positive thing is that it is reasonably priced. Apart from that, I see no reason to book it again even if they offer a discount or something complimentary.

Die Unterkunft war die schlechteste, die ich jemals in den USA gebucht hatte. Dreckig, ekelhaft und kleine krabbelnde Tiere in der Dusche. Bucht was anderes und ******* sollte diese Unterkunft aus dem Angebot nehmen.

I walking into this hotel with a confirmed reservation which said I had a service dog with me. Upon entering a guest had come up to the front desk asking for toilet paper as their room had none. There was a stack of toilet paper less than an arms reach on the front desk and the guest took two of them for his room. An older Indian man, manager/owner?, started screaming at the man telling him, "how dare you reach over the counter, put one toilet paper back". The man continued until the guest did put one roll back, then the man told him, "Now go back to your room". It was outrageous. Next I stepped up to check in. I gave the other person at the front desk my reservation paperwork and he claimed I did not have a reservation with the hotel. I told him I have a confirmation number and reservation number held with my credit card. The older man started arguing with me. Telling me I had to show vaccination papers for my service dog or I can't stay there, "It's the law" he told me. That was not true & I showed him my dogs federal ID card. It made no difference. The man simply yelled at me. I finally left the place after driving 6 hrs to arrive. I ended up a the Hampton Inn by Hilton instead where they informed me so long as my dog is tagged properly and I have the dogs ID card (if requested) I was 100% welcome. The Ramada was rude, demeaning, and condescending. Simply put, Go Elsewhere

La chambre est tres sale .couvre matelat dechire plein de rouille dans la salle debain la connexion internet quasiment inexistante. Le seul point positif la réceptionniste de jour qui etait tres gentille

No Hot water. Unclean.
