百屋酒店(Hundred House Hotel)

Non avendo trovato posto per soggiornare, siamo riusciti comunque a prenotare una cena attraverso il loro sito internet. Il posto è davvero molto bello, l'interno ben curato ed il servizio veloce. La qualità del cibo è alta e viene proposta una cucina tradizionale rivisitata in chiave moderna. Il prezzo in linea con l'offerta. Da menzionare l'ottima cheesecake al miele su base di biscotto salato, guarnita con caramello e crema Chantilly, tutto rigorosamente fatto in casa.

Went for Sundsy lunch in thd Garden. The food was exceptionally good. The service was friendly znd nothing was too much trouble. Hant been for a while can only say it gets better with time. Have been coming to hhh for last 30 years so will be back again during the summer.

Friendly welcome, comfy characterful room, and amazing food. There are also 2 gardens to mooch around.....these are full of plants and wildlife....really enchanting. This place is ideal for exploring the beautiful places nearby. We went to Bridgnorth.....gorgeous bustling market town, full of unique shops, old pubs and quaint eateries. Can take the cliff railway up and down the steep cliffside. Then, if you're feeling energetic, you can go up the Wrekin. Ironbridge is close by, and has lots of places to saunter around, as well as the stunning bridge itself. Then you return to the comfort and warmth of the Hundred House. And relax!

A brilliant experience! Efficient, polite young lad at check-in, clear and concise directions to my room. Room was clean, spacious and warm. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom had a proper hot water shower not the usual feeble electric arrangement and the hot water was instant. Downstairs in the bar there was a good choice of beers, including a most enjoyable local bitter. The decor downstairs is amazing, really beautiful. The restaurant menu was wonderful (they are very much focused on good food, not just the usual pub grub) and I was spoilt for choice; when my dinner came (I opted for the blade of beef) it was truly superb. The waitress lady was lovely, very efficient, professional and friendly. My breakfast was excellent, I opted for the full English. Good coffee too! Anything I’d change? The fresh orange juice wasn’t the nicest but everything else was perfect! I’d definitely stay again!

We hadn’t been here for quite a few years as last experience wasn’t good Booked for mom’s birthday lunch Parking was a bit ropey as wedding on we managed to squeeze in on the overflow car park On entering we were greeted at reception who advised what table we were on - I think our puzzled faces gave a clue to the lady managing reception and she asked if we had been before we advised not for along time at which she said she would show us to our table - well we were walked so far and pointed in the direction of the table - very strange We had 2 menus - not one each, and we had to ask for wine menu What we ordered was really tasty and well presented but seem to take a while to arrive - we didn’t have starters so guess this may be the issue but suspect it was really the impact of the wedding and staff being diverted there Would we go again ? Possibly but would go in the week or evening when perhaps no wedding or wedding breakfast all done

Very disappointed sirloin steak for £29.99 really ? Should be a fillet , the sauce was basically gravy with a few peppercorns . Handful of cold chips. And mushrooms no veg. Looked at the bill later and realised we paid £6.50 for a pint of lager ? This cant be right surely. Service was great which is why didnt complain but this was an expensive night for poor food .

Probably the best hotel experience ever. My husband and I stayed the night as we were visiting the area. We wished we had booked a few extra nights. From the second you check in you are made to feel so welcome you never want to leave. You then get to your room and it’s blows you away. Original, quirky, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The grounds are something else. A beautiful veg and herb garden that you are more than welcome to explore, same as the enchanted garden with lots of places to sit and relax. The food in the restaurant is simply amazing. Delicious and leaves you wanting more. Staff are phenomenal and so helpful, it’s a fantastic hotel I cannot wait to return to.

Dined here for our anniversary. Food,service and ambience was superb 👌 not our first visit and definitely won't be our last. If you looking for great food and service I would highly recommend this beautiful Inn.

Restaurant review: Faultless service and exquisite fair, in a wonderful setting. I had the Padron peppers and the Blade of beef (main), absolutely delicious and very good value for money! The staff are so personable and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, so very friendly! I fully recommend the food here, it is stunning!
