剛從這個建築羣的5天住宿回來。住在一室公寓,驚喜地發現它有多大,對我們2個人來說足夠了,牀很舒服,我們有一個大陽台。房間每天都在下午打掃,所以沒有清晨女僕到達 ..2個大游泳池和泳池酒吧供應我們最喜歡的啤酒 - 科爾斯和佩羅尼,工作人員非常友好,我們在這裏吃了早餐2個早晨,喜歡它 - 冷熱食物,穀類食品,羊角麪包,各種茶,咖啡和果汁也可用。複雜位於老城區和新城區的中間,步行10分鐘即可到達兩者。可愛的大超市就在隔壁。肯定會回來

我們住在一間有超級特大牀的公寓裏,非常舒適和令人驚歎。游泳池躺椅從未滿,也許是一年的時間,但他們每2個躺椅都有雨傘和一張桌子,非常有幫助。前台在需要時給我們叫了出租車,很理想。步行不到5分鐘就有一家巨大的超市,非常方便,到新城區或老城區都只有5分鐘的出租車。明年一定會回來的。

O hotel é grande e tem várias atrações, desde piscinas interio e exterior e animação, ginásio, parque infantil, tudo isso muito bom.
Pontos positivos- limpeza impecável, simpatia dos funcionários, água quente, os pequenos electrodomésticos velhos mas funcionaram na perfeição, a TV por cabo com vários canais.
Pontos negativos- os móveis são velhos, os colchões desconfortável, na receção fui atendida por uma pessoa inexperiente e estava a cobrar duas vezes o valor da cama extra, internet muito fraca, nunca conseguimos apanhar sinal durante a estadia. Muita coisa a melhorar para um bom conforto dos hóspedes.

Dont pay much mind to the recent negative review. We are staying here now and it is lovely. There are no broken umbrellas that we can see here at the pool. They sun loungers are not dirty and are enough for everyone. The area was totally clean and pristine when we came to the pool this morning - dirty towels would not have been ignored I'm sure! Staff at the pool bar were very attentive yesterday when we were served a lovely lunch. Our room is very nice. The bed was comfortable - we asked for a double (and already had a topper), Every little request has been actioned promptly. The spa facilities are free, jacuzzi,sauna, Turkish/ steam room and the gym is well equipped. Overall, the hotel deserving of its 4* rating. Thank you to Louisa who manages everything beautifully.

Service was brilliant, apart from when groups arrived and then we felt a bit ignored. Hotel is nice and spacious, and rooms a good size. The hotel did have a corporate, conference feel about it so it depends what you are looking for in a stay. Breakfast was great and plenty of fresh food. The free taxi to the Marina worked fine, although you had to book (and can only book on the day). The only times available, though, ware 11 am, 6pm and 7 pm, so we ended up using Ubers to get back in the evening. (between 5 and 8 Euros so not too bad). They don't have as many restaurants as some hotels so the marina is the easy answer for food. The onsite Thai restaurant was really nice and worth a treat one evening. Overall a nice weeks stay in the sun which is what we wanted.

We had the most incredible stay and were sorry when we had to leave. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I’ve never seen so many closets in a hotel room. It made unpacking so easy. The breakfasts were wonderful as was the pool and bar food. We loved sitting at the pool and having the beach a few steps away was fantastic. It was a perfect few days. We can’t wait to return. I highly recommend the Epic Sana

A beautiful hotel in a central location - Vila Petra was a perfect place to stay for a week exploring Albufeira. My partner and I stayed in one of the self-catering apartments and found it to be the perfect base for our holiday; it was plenty spacious, maintained meticulously each day by the cleaning staff and felt extremely peaceful and private. We had no problems with any noise or disturbance whatsoever the whole time we stayed. Check in was quick and straightforward - we arrived a few hours before our room was ready and were able to store our luggage in a side room (my only concern would be that this was left unlocked and with the door open) and walk 5 minutes to the main *****, and a further 10 minutes along to the beach. Our room was fully equipped with everything we might need for our stay - apart from an iron and ironing board, but this was quickly brought to our room within 10 minutes of calling down to reception. Although we didn't spend too much time around the hotel pool, the time that we did was very relaxing. There were plenty of sunbeds available despite us not coming down from the room until late morning and the poolside never felt too overcrowded. As a couple who personally preferred spending the days on the beach and exploring the area, this hotel was located perfectly. The nearest beach is around a 15 minute walk away, there were plenty of restaurants and bars in the area surrounding the hotel (I would wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant Made in India, which is less than a 10 minute walk away, for delicious food at cheap prices) and Uber's into the Old Town and surrounding beaches were prompt and cheap - costing around €5 a journey. Despite the hotels proximity to the New Town nightlife, there was no noise or disturbance and it felt lovely and secluded. Overall, we had a perfect week at this hotel and would definitely stay here again on any return trips to Albufeira.

Honestly we stayed at this hotel for five nights all inclusive and it was superb room was amazing well it’s an apartment with separate kitchen sitting room balcony over looking pool bedroom and bathroom and everything you need from hairdryer to bottle opener A massive shout out to Sao who always greeted us with a smile and banter in the dining area the food was superb and the staff fantastic we were made to feel special by each and everyone one of them from the cleaners to the managers you really did make our holiday a special one The days we sent on the glorious beach close by we were given a packed lunch which was a lovely touch we had our room cleaned water replenished every day the drinks were great and the wine oh so nice with our meals pools were clean and hotel immaculate throughout can’t thank you all by names but we stayed in room 307 and couldn’t fault it ps there’s a free shuttle to the beaches but the closest is just a ten minute walk absolutely recommend this hotel and if you go all inclusive you will not regret it I look forward to going back next year

訪訪客Great room great breakfast great stay. We had a lovely stay for our 10 year anniversary at the hotel. The hotel had left us a bottle and a card for our special occasion which was a nice touch. The room was very large and room and hotel throughout were beautifully decorated. The jacuzzi was not working and the squash court was leaking (not that we intended to play squash) just an observation. We loved the breakfast and felt there was plenty of choice just needed another coffee machine as the queue does get very long. We can’t comment on lunch or dinner as we spent all of our days out exploring and finding the back streets of Albufeira for some amazing seafood and traditional Portuguese cuisine. We were only there for a long weekend. The staff were all nice and the only criticism’s of the hotel would be the charge for using the safe in the room. Anything to make an extra buck… I have not had to pay to use a room safe ever before so that was a new one on me! Also the shuttle bus that was broken was out for 2 days and they didn’t think to put on another option so we had to use Uber instead, which were cheaper than the taxis that the front desk would call.

訪訪客Fantastic Apartment complex. We stayed for a week (2 friends and 2 children). Considering the apartment was very reasonable we weren’t sure what to expect. Rooms were fresh and modern, lots of lovely extra touches (toiletries, coffee machine, washing up liquid and sponge etc) which you don’t always get in other places. The whole place was immaculately presented and house keeping work hard keeping the place clean and fresh. Pool area was lovely, very quiet and always loads of sun beds on offer. On a few occasions we were the only ones there! There was a slight blimp when we arrived. We were greeted by a polite and helpful young man who informed us there had been a mix up and the 2 bed apartment we’d book wasn’t going to be vacated until the following day. In which case for that night we were placed in a 1 bed with sofa bed in lounge. By way of compensation, we were given free breakfast the following day. The apartment was huge and again well appointed. We found the complex and the surrounding areas to be really quiet, we were told this was because it was the start of the season. It was a 10-15 min walk to the main resort which had 10+ restaurants and bars as well as the main beach. There is also a beach 50m away from the apartments, however that is accessed by 100+ steps (not buggy friendly). We got an Uber into Albufera a few times (this ranged from 6-10 euros each way. Although that was enjoyable, we were glad to return to the quieter and more chilled area of Ohlas de Água. Cannot speak highly enough of this complex, can’t wait to return.
