Terrible atencion al cliente de las trabajadoras en el turno de la noche! Groceras!

Despite being attractively remodeled and incredibly clean, I could not give this motel 5 stars for excellent. Our check in was a 4 star--sign here, initial here, here's your room key. No information or explanation about wifi or breakfast. I had to ask about the location of our room, parking, etc. Our room was a bit away from the main lobby, prehaps due to having 2 dogs with us. I am very grateful that La Quinta accepts pets, but I always wonder what I get for the pet fee as they don't even provide waste bags for pet poo removal. Breakfast was OK--waffles, sugar cereal, bagels, toast. I am picking at threads here as the room was large and very clean, and everything was in new condition.

Only thing i didnt like is the smoking policy. No designated area. Fine is outstanding to ask when they dont accommodate smokers

While showering water does not drain, coffee maker in room had no tray to put the coffee packet in so couldn’t make coffee. Very dissatisfied either the room

The stay was adequate. The only challange was I found 2 pending charges for my stay which took nearly a week for one of them to fall off which tied up my account. Despite the desk clerk stating he would get it released the next day it still took nearly a week so that was frustrating.

The room was nice, we had to change hotels because the other was so bad and this one was clean, bed was decent and location was good. We plan to stay here every time we visit. Albuquerque does not have good options for hotels so this is a good one.

It’s just an average property, you get what you pay for. The breakfast was a joke, coffee maker and refrigerator didn’t work. Floor was filthy.

The staff was amazing but the room wasn't very clean. The hand towels were dirty as well as the floor.

Way over priced. There is no service. in 8 days, we did not get our room cleaned once. We asked for service 24 hours in advance......at 6pm the next day they knocked on the door and said what do you need refreshed? Are you kidding me? Never did we get sheets or towels changed. No coffee in room. Breakfast was the most pitiful I have ever seen. Bread and a toaster, no butter, no jelly. nothing. Make your own waffle and terrible coffee, no cream or sugar. About $100 a night to stay there. Literally thats it, no amenities or service. It felt like it was worth $35 a night. Outdoor pool just filled with brown murk. Drain it or cover it.
