阿爾伯克基機場舒適酒店(Comfort Inn Albuquerque Airport)

Good stay for the price. Bed was comfy room was clean.

Last minute booking and it worked out great for us. The room we needed was available. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. We’d book again.

Business trip. Actually checked out of the other comfort inn and booked this one. So much better, nicer staff and no issues.

It was fun and unique to have a pool view balcony indoors! The kids loved that. Having a microwave and fridge in room, and provided breakfast made things easy. The bathtub needs some work/updates, but it was all functioning just not great looking. Some of the staff were friendly , others much less so.

Our AC unit was incredibly loud, but only intermittently. It would suddenly go crazy knocking and vibrating each time it cycled back on. It had obviously been addressed to some extent, as the outside casing had been removed in the past and was broken and easy to remove. Breakfast eggs and meats were empty when we arrived. Notified receptionist and she said cook was working on it. We waited 15 min for very mediocre eggs, sausage and ham. There were so many people waiting that we took smaller portions than we really wanted because we didn’t want to leave others with nothing. It was empty after each person took their portions, so the cycle of waiting started again.

Property was filthy around outside and in the room. Was very disappointed for it being an 8/10. There was no cable the whole stay which I get is out of the hotels control and not basing my review on that. There was a loud noise that went on all night that sounded like someone moving furniture above us or something. It was horrible!

Friday evening 4/21 desk staff should not have the job. A mumbled 'can I help you' when it's fairly obvious what a tired guy dragging in his luggage is doing- checking in! Then a curt 'initial and sign', followed by 'room 303 breakfast 6-9'. I had to be the one to attempt to say 'thank you'. It was not returned. What awful 'service'. This soured the entire experience- what a horrible greeting. Room was excellent except for a shower rod that hung low, forcing the curtain to sink to the middle and turn the bathroom into a shallow pool.
