工作人員很友好，熱情的早餐很好。唯一的是，電梯很熱，就像打開了加熱器一樣。

Unless you’re only going to sleep, do not go here. They offer nothing. Breakfast from 6 to 10 and that’s all you get. No place to walk to eat besides going to a different hotel. Left a piece of clothing in my room and they would not send it to me for free. They were willing to bring it to the airport but I would have to go back out the doors and all through security a second time. They charge you $30 to check in if you get there before 12 o’clock. There is no complementary nothing. Six crackers, and it cost me two dollars. I’ll never stay there again.

I've stayed at Hampton Inns many times and have recommended them highly, but because they are all independently owned but under the Hilton name its obvious Hilton has no control or standards and you can't count on what you will find in those hotels. This was not just the worst Hampton Inn I've been in but the worst hotel. We were greeted with excrement in the toilet, no TV remote, dilapidated doors, chipped bath tub, shared soap and shampoo dispensers (Covid virus fun anyone?), inability to connect the phone to the reception, a funky smell....and then piece de resistance...mouse droppings. After notifying the manager we received a tv remote and an apple, banana, and cookies. Then as we had a 7 am flight and just had to sleep, turning the lights out sent the mice into scrambling around. Turning the lamp on stopped the vermin fest but also our ability to sleep. You desrve what you get if you ever go to a Hampton Inn.

There was no internet one day and I had to prepare a presentation. No one came to help me and had no clue how to fix the problem.

3nd time we hace stayed at the property where we have been given a room either occupied or not clean.. Still on the safer side of town

Not impressed due to a Sunday with low staff. Mgr was doing the best he could with the staff he had - which was 1 maintenance man changing sheets.

The room they put me in had hair in it and it wasn’t cleaned properly at all. It sucks and I’ll never rent here again.

Checked in and the front desk told me the room wasnt paid for and insisted i had to pay. I paid the 145 and got my room key. Opened the door and saw it was a double queen beds when i paid for a king. Went back downstairs and the front desk claimed they were about to call me and say he gave us the wrong reservation. He gave us an "upgrade" but it was for a room i paid for in the first place. Nice place and clean. Breakfast was limited. No lactose free options for cereal and no cold drinks. Only coffee and tea.
