阿爾伯克基機場舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites Albuquerque Airport)

The hot tub was hot, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the TV was big and the bathroom had plenty of towels and good water pressure. It was a comfortable hotel. The front desk gal when we checked in was very friendly and helpful and the guy the next morning was very pleasant. Even though the hotel is close to the airport, we did not hear a single airplane.

Was greeted upon entering and it feels like the employees do enjoy working there and helping people check in. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks

I was locked out of my room for over an hour due to the batteries dying on the key room. But overall nice facility and staff worked hard to get me back in my room

The actual hotel is really nice, but the customer service is awful, Tristen the general manager was extremely rude and condescending, I asked the other front desk lady for a copy of the rules and my check out sheet and he barked at her that she wasn't allowed to give them to me . he was telling me I broke one (was in my vehicle in the middle of the night) told me to look online which I have and I can't find that rule anywhere, raised his voice at me after coming up to my room, then followed me to my vehicle took pictures of me, and started saying that my vehicle was the reason he was following me. Honestly still very confused by all of this, and it just felt like he was on a power trip. Never had such a scary situation at a hotel ever especially by an employee.

Great property. We were passing through and stopped here for the night. No complaints from our party of 2. Room was clean and to our standards. Breakfast buffet was great. Overall highly recommend. Biggest thing for us was safety and making sure our car wouldn’t be stolen or broken in to, and we had no issues.

We travel a lot and this was the best in customer service we have ever recieved. When arriving to the Hotel James the assistant manager was wonderful, helpful and very kind When having breakfast in the morning Gabby was asking customers if they needed anything or if there was anything she could do to assist the customers, we have never experienced such great customer service. The hotel it self was clean, not noisy, wel maintained. It will definitely be our go to from now on. Thank you for your great customer service and an amazing welcoming

All the staff was very very nice. The room was just kinda dirty and the carpet in the hotel was stained.
