Lovely hotel, and location. Rooms were perfect fir our stay. We had a sea view and a large balcony, perfect for relaxing. Cannot praise the staff enough. They were akways smiling and happy to help, and the bar staff were very entertaining. Only downsides were no supermarket or bars near by, nearest 15 mins walk away. Entertainment was every other night and some of it wasn't the best, sometimes cringeworthy. Still had an amazing holiday, and would go back again

This hotel is beautiful. The views are amazing make sure and ask for a sea view. The beds are very comfy. It was nice and quiet at night. Good entertainment every other night, The pool by the sea is brilliant but deep so take a float so you can Bob in the pool. Food is lovely in the restaurant but also bar food. The bar staff are great 👍 The only downside is no fridge in the room and the bar prices are quite steep even for water otherwise a fab place highly recommend

The hotel is in a nice location, clean and offers a very tasty breakfast. I would have liked to give a good rating, however, the customer service is very poor. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the room we booked (very noisy). We had booked a standard room, but this room was right next to the reception, bar and lobby (3 m away, don't understand how you can offer this as a hotel room). As soon as we checked in, we asked for another room, but this was refused because the hotel was fully booked. After repeated urging and a sleepless night, we were told the next day that only a suite would be available for 40€ extra/night. We did not ask for any concessions regarding the price. The new room we got was a bit bigger than the other one but not really a suite and the 40€ surcharge/per night was not really justified. As we had not paid the surcharge immediately when we changed rooms, we were "pestered" (3 notes under the room door) to pay the surcharge as soon as possible (we were at a wedding that day and were not there the whole day). Unfortunately, not a very nice experience, again, you can always accommodate the customers (a little something would have done it in this case), we as customers just wanted to sleep in peace, this was not possible in the first booked room and then had to pay 40€ more per night for quiet sleep.

Muito boa estadia, num local junto a Calla. Piscina implica atravessar a estrada, mas é apenas quase uma via de serviço do hotel. Praia com muito bom aspecto. Bar no hotel com bastante variedade. Pequeno almoço bastante bem servido. No verão admito que possa ser bastante complicado estacionar.

OUR SHOWER ROOM HAS A TERRIBLE SMELL ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT I COMPLAINED AT RECEPTION AND TO HOTEL OWNER - BLEACH WAS POURED DOWN BUT THE SMELL DIDT GO , I COMPLAINED AGAIN BUT HOTEL FULL SO NO ROOMS AVAILABLE . GOT JET 2 REP TO COME TO ROOM SHE SAID IT WAS CLEARLY SEWAGE GAS! AND AS THE HOTEL WAS OLD AND SO WAS THE PLUMBING IT WAS EVERYWHERE. WE ASKED AROUND NO ONE ELSE HAD A BAD SMELL EVEN THE MAN NEXT TO OUR ROOM (110) DID NOT HAVE ANY BAD SMELLS. WE WERE OFFERED A COMPLIMENTARY DINNER BUT WERE ASKED TO SIGN A DISCLAIMER SAYING WE WOULD TAKE NO FURTHER ACTION AGAINST THE HOTEL! THEY HAD PRINTED OUT FORMS SO IT MUST BE A REGULAR OCCURRENCE. WE WILL NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL AGAIN SURPRISED JET 2 HAVE THIS HOTEL IN THEIR BROCHURE -LAST TIME WE WENT IT WAS THOMAS COOK AND THEY WOULD SEND PEOPLE ANYWHERE.

I booked this via Jet2 and the photos are deceptive. On the website it looks quite modern and sleek however it has more of a rustic feel. It felt like a family-run B&B. There were rocking chairs in the corridor outside my room! I stayed in room 7, which is just behind reception on the ground floor. The balcony was tiny but I had a lovely view of the bay. As others have said, you need to remember this is a three star hotel. There are no frills. The rooms are basic with no amenities, but clean and adequate. There's no fridge or kettle. There aren't any plug sockets! I had to unplug a lamp to charge my phone. Aircon worked fine. The TV was good and had a number of UK channels. There's a hairdryer. The beds are hard but as another reviewer mentioned you can get a duvet out of the cupboard and sleep on that. The bathroom is more of a wet room. The shower has a curtain, which stops the water spraying directly into the room, but it just wets the floor at the bottom. The water pressure and temperature were great. There's a bottle of multipurpose soap/shampoo and that's all. Some people have mentioned the walls being thin. It wasn't the walls that were a problem for me, it was the bathrooms! I could hear when someone flushed the toilet or was having a shower. Really loudly! I think I might have had a drain running through my wall (seriously). Breakfast was basic but edible. For me, as a vegetarian, it was missing a potato item (hash browns or whatever) to go with the beans and egg. The evening meal was fine. Everything was cooked fine. Because it's a small hotel the choice is very limited. If you're not a fussy eater and happy to have what's there then you'll be okay. I'm vegetarian and managed to fill my plate both nights I was here. It wasn't very exciting but it was adequate. You can buy lunch at the hotel if you don't want to go elsewhere. I only had fries so can't really consent on it. I bought a couple of beers (Estrella, they also had Carling I think) from the bar and had a glass of wine with my evening meal - they all seemed reasonably priced. There was entertainment on each night - Beatles tribute, Queen tribute, a magician - but I didn't stay for it so can't comment on the quality. The location was perfect for me. In a quiet little bay - very peaceful. There were enough sun loungers though, as per usual, guests had been out and claimed the best ones before breakfast. They're was no music playing or any loud noise from anywhere. The little beach was very clean but sea****y. Lots of people were swimming and paddleboarding. As others have said, there are no shops, bars or eateries close to the hotel. It's only a 15 minute walk into the old town up a slight incline. Market days are Sundays and Tuesdays I think and it's well worth a look. There's not much for children here. If they're happy to amuse themselves, go in the pool or on the beach, then they'll be fine. If they need more activities then I'd go elsewhere. It's quite a sedate h

Hotel très bien situé qui pourrait être charmant à condition de pouvoir dormir. Beaucoup trop de bruit dans le bâtiment principal avec une chambre située entre un hall d entrée où tout résonne et les chambres du personnel qui s amusé après le service. L insonorisation des chambres est médiocres. La suite proposé un magnifique point de vue avec cependant des points à revoir: insonorisation, manque de rangements, absence de patères pour serviettes et peignoirs, remontée de mauvaise odeur au niveau de la douche, manque d intimité au niveau des toilettes. Buffet copieux et variés avec une petite surprise concernant du poisson: manque de fraîcheur. Du personnel agréable et souriant mais également quelques personnes plutôt dedaigneuses. Très mitigée. Le point fort reste l emplacement et le côté familial.

This hotel was not what I expected when booked. It is very remote with nothing round about not even a supermarket. The nearest place was the old town which was a 15 min walk and hardly any pavement to walk on. All the pictures of the rooms on the website were nothing like the room I had I can assure you, it was like living in a storeroom very small and not very nice, the balcony was the smallest I’ve ever seen very narrow with two chairs no table and you had to move the chairs in order to open the metal shutter doors, had to ask for shower gel on arrival as this was not in the room same with toilet roll never replenished had to go and get it from a stand in the hallway. Wardrobe was a single door cupboard, bathroom didn’t even have a hook to hang your wet towels. Asked to be moved twice and all I was told was it was a double room you booked we don’t have anything else. Food wasn’t up to much and it was barely warm. Pool area (adult only) I thought was quite dirty the ground definitely wasn’t hosed down daily as you could see the marks where drinks or ice cream had been spilled, round the flower beds were very dirty cigarette butts and dead flower heads lay there the whole 10 days I was there. Reception was up 9 stairs with no lift or ramp access.Hotel I thought was quite pricey. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Der Hotelkategorie entsprechendes, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gutes Frühstück, Abendessen ist z T. verbesserungsfähig. Gute Lage am Meer mit 2 Pools, Sandstrand am Nachbarhotel nutzbar. Schön eingerichtete Bar.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila, al menos cuando nosotros fuimos. Nosotros cogimos vistas al mar y eran preciosas la verdad. Tiene dos piscinas, una dentro del hotel que es solo para adultos y otra fuera para todos con vistas al mar y con tumbonas. Justo al lado hay una zona de césped con tumbonas y mesas y detrás de la piscina y un escalón más abajo, hay más tumbonas con sombrillas, ya que hay unas escaleras para acceder al mar. De vez en cuando pasa un camarero para ver si quieres algo para comer o beber y traértelo a las tumbonas. Los trabajadores de allí son muy amables, las habitaciones las limpian y recogen todos los días, y cambian las sábanas, fundas de almohadas y toallas. El buffet solo lo cogimos para desayunar, está rico y tiene variedad, algo malo que diría es que el zumo de naranja es de máquina y no tiene un buen sabor y otro día pedimos una pizza para comer y era la típica que compras en el supermercado. No tiene parking pero, aunque toda esa zona esté petada de coches a partir de las 10 de la noche aprox, hay sitio siempre en una de las calles a 7 min andando. La piscina la cierran por la noche pero la zona de césped y tumbonas no es un recinto cerrado, por lo que se junta gente que no es del hotel. Nosotros no tuvimos problemas con ruidos, pero es verdad que la noche que nos íbamos (un sábado) hubo movida. Pero en general, ganan por goleada las cosas buenas, más que las malas. Sin duda repetiría!

El hotel es sencillo con una ubicación magnífica. El personal súper agradable y el servicio tanto de desayunos como de comida en la terraza frente al mar, espléndido. Algunas cosas de la habitación se pueden mejorar, como el ruido toda la noche del a acondicionado. Peto en general es un lugar maravilloso.

Hôtel au calme, très bien situé. Chambre très propre, fonctionnelle avec un balcon vue mer ;-) Les deux piscines sont très agréables, le personnel professionnel et accueillant. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est top!

Points positifs : vue de la chambre, propreté et personnel sympathique Points négatifs : hôtel viellot, équipements viellots, chambre sombre.

Estancia agradable en media pensión. Desayuno y cena buenas; piscina exterior muy bonita.
