Hotel clean and comfy with friendly staff. Bar staff on the evening were greay! Breakfast was very dissapointing had the vegan breakfast expecting a linda mc cartney or soy protein based sausage to recieve essentially a veg potato croquette and some veg. For £16 was not expected in an otherwise beautiful hotel. Totally unacceptable! There was a wedding on so was loud and would have been better to be in a room further away from the Wedding but I appreciate this is difficult and did not ruin pur stay.

Somewhat isolated but self-contained. Public area decor is a bit dated but rooms are compact but comfortable, modern and well-equipped. Food was good value and tasty. Overall good value and pleasant hotel. EV charging available. Would use again.

We booked for an overnight stay as we were going to a concert at villa park.
The room was air-conditioned which was very welcoming ,the room was spacious for the 2 of us.The bed was incredibly comfortable.we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast in the morning.
Only disadvantage for us,we didnt have time to try out the spa

Had a one night stay booked ready for a business meeting the next day. Arrived around 8pm, room was lovely, ordered room service for dinner and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. Polite, helpful and food arrived promptly. Plenty of car parking.

Staff we’re all extremely friendly and well trained.
The food and drink was a high standard.
It was unfortunate that it costs £25 per person for a 3 hour spell to use the pool and facilities, which might put me off staying for longer than an evening.

Beautiful hotel.Very friendly staff I felt welcome.They had thoughtfully upgraded my room(no extra charge) as I requested a quiet part of the hotel.Room was perfect.Spotless with well equipped accessories for drinks and body care.

Lovely staff , kind , efficient and friendly . Lovely location , quiet and very clean . Nice pool . All three reception staff were amazing . Room upgrade . Only thing I didn’t like was the coffee , which was machine frothy milk . Fresh coffee wood be nicer .

I had a lovely stay here. Beautiful grounds, lovely rooms. However only the gym is now included in the price. To use all the facilities like pool, hot tubs and steam room is an extra £25 pp. Still good value though.

Stayed for 1 night on business trip. In general the rooms were well presented and appeared to be worth the higher premium compared to what I normally pay. However, I could hear the next door room running taps and flushing the toilet while in bed. The air con unit also made a noise so had to be left switched off.
