Great front desk service although they need better response to issues that occasionally arise from 3rd party bookings.

Amazing stay, rooms were clean and very accommodating. They clean your room without you having to call, unlike a lot of places after COVID. The evening maintenance was great, our TV wasnt working and he responded quickly to fix it and continued to check in on us throughout the trip. The staff was overall VERY welcoming and helpful. This is probably the only place we'll be staying in Philly from now on.

It took over an hour for check in, as the front desk person during the overnight shift was rude and incompetent (based on me having to call ********** and having them verify my stay). He informed me of a 50 incidental hold and charged 60. He was also trying to get me to double pay for my room and had no concrete rates, he kept saying I’ll charge about this or about that, although as a person who frequents hotels, I assumed rates were set. I asked for a receipt after the hold charge, he said they don’t do revisits. I finally get to my room and there are no towels. I call the same person to ask if towels can be brought upstairs when housekeeping arrives and he said we would only get towels if we pick them up from the front desk. I went and got them, and had to ask for them piece by piece because he didn’t give me a full set for two. Never apologized for any inconvenience, for the delay or for his poor attitude. Topping things off, there was a roach in the room, which I killed and removed, because it was pointless to reach out to him with the knowledge that he wouldn’t be helpful. Positives: the view from the room was nice and the bedding was comfortable.

There were a lot of male contractors stayimg at this hotel which didnt make me feel the safest especially being a woman traveling alone. The pictures online look a lot better than in reality. I prepaid for my room via ********** and the hotel told me that they had no record and chatged me again. Now im working to have that resolved. The remote control was disgusting so I didnt watch TV (see pic). I would definitely never stay here again.

Great place to stay. The beds were amazing! The kitchenette was great to have, and the pantry was a great size too.

The kitchenette was great. Real dishes appreciated.Staff gave me a really nice extra comforter. Best stay in a long time!

Located in a pretty congested area. Giant supermarket across the street. Kitchen fully stocked makes it optional to cook a quick meal. I’m
