We loved our stay at this hotel! We would recommend this hotel to anyone and the front desk people were very helpful and recommended us to several bars and restaurants in the area

The property was overbooked. The staff was extremely courteous but sent me to another property that was 45 mts away and I checked in around midnight. I had business meetings the next day which meant I had to cab it back to the hotel's vicinity - cost me dearly. I neither got a call nor an email about the property being overbooked. I would not have wasted an hour getting to the property from the airport had I received a heads up. Marriott needs a better system to prevent this situation.

It was hard to get into the room with key after several attempts. The room wasn't cleaned wasn't looking for clean towels just garbage and bed made. No updated outlets to charge devices. Needs some updating. The Bistro was good and the people working there were great.

I didnt find this place inviting at all. I didnt find the evening staff to be hospitable. I found the bathroom had hair in the tub. There are soap drippings on the sink. The pillow cases were stained. They didnt offer wifi code, inform of any available or snack services, overall seemed disonnected.

Very nice hotel. We had difficulty connecting to the WIFI. The instructions we were given only got us half way to a connection. The TV was placed against the wall to the right of the bed and it was impossible to watch without craning your neck. Really needs to be relocated. We will definitely try another room next time. It really was nice and a great location when we visit family.

Very convenient to expressway. Thiugh it says Old Town, its more like 10 minutes by car to download waterfront. We enjoy Marriott brands for consistency. No free coffee in the lobby, however, theres a coffee bar where you can purchase. I think they had pastries too, but im not sure. There are coffeemakers in the rooms. We had a spacious, king room. The bathrooms were very clean and thiugh it's just a thing with me, I was delighted the shower handle was located in the middle, making it easy to adjust the water temperature befire you stepped inside.

Katrina, the receptionist when we arrived was absolutely a delight to be greeted by. Very friendly and proficient to answer all our questions. While the rooms do not include a usb out to charge phones, she was gracious enough to let us borrow one she had which we returned at checkout. (We later found a USB port on the tv and charged phones on there while tv was on).

The location is fine, and the general condition of the building is OK, however the rugs and furniture are is very poor condition. There is a foul odor to the rugs throughout the hotel, in the elevators hallways and rooms. Hotels at this price point should be over a certain threshold of quality. This place is over used and in need of major renovation. Simply put, it reeked like locker room.

Our stay was not worth the money by any means. There was complimentary water that was not offered to us until we checked out on the last day. The shower was narrow and the vents full of caked on dust. The air conditioning in our first room didnt work at all so we had to switch rooms. When we go the new room the temperature would not go below 70 for our entire 2 night stay. Maintenance is obviously not being done and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.
