本特利酒店(Hotel Bentley)

Staff is extremely nice. Rooms are nice and clean and the hotel has history. We have stayed there twice so for and I would stay again.

A beautiful historic property in need of a front of the house rennovation. Regular rooms are small but comfortable. Bathrooms have been modernized. Worth seeking out.

The hotel is as beautiful as it boasts. The service staff are very kind and helpful. Even offered to take my bag to the car for me. The restaurant is top notch with tasty cocktails and open late which was much appreciated by this weary traveler. There was a small rip in the chair seat cover but I never needed to use it. The bed was so comfy and I slept wonderfully!! The shower was hot n with good powered jets. They have plenty of needed items, water, toothbrushes etc that other places make you pay for, the Bentley had them in the room. The thermostat was easy to adjust and worked well. Overall great experience. I especially enjoyed the historical quotes displayed around the building. Huge front porch to relax and unwind.

I love staying at The Bentley when traveling. However be aware that the restaurant closes early and there isn't room service. It opens at 11am, so guests have to leave for early breakfast. Other than those issues, the hotel is very nice and the historical aspect is charming.

You feel like you’ve gone back in time. Like you’re on the Titanic, but on land! Great value for the price. Why would you stay anywhere else in Alexandria?

Staying in such a historic hotel was very interesting. The manager walked up to my husband and began telling all about how Hotel Bentley came to be. We loved the Christmas decorations. The room was a little smaller, it was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.

Yes this is an older hotel i know but being a native of Alexandria i gave it a try, its horrible the carpet is full of stains, plug ins line the hallway for a pleasant smell, once you are in the room it smells of mildew our carpet was stained (room316) my 1st night our heater did not work, 2nd night we were moved to room 318 and the water smell was worse we decided to stick it out since we only had 1 more night and would only be there to sleep and shower. 3rd night toilet backed up. I can’t believe that this is how you maintain a historic landmark. At check out the desk person was nursing het baby like how unprofessional is that. The night person Angel did not know anything about the hotel and could not tell us when the place was renovated last. She was like i don’t know. Oh bed spread on night one was stayed with what looks like crayola it was a mess my advice stick to the chain hotels, this was a definite miss for me this thanksgiving week.

Front clerk was very nice but he was away with another guest when we arrived; he shouldn't have been left understaffed by management. Fan in the bedroom and the one in the bathroom didn't work. Walls are wafer, wafer thin. Bed was not terribly comfortable. Everything was very clean, though, and the hotel is pretty.

Hotel was ok. Very old and didn't seem very clean. Parking is on the street. Probably won't stay there again.
