Nice hotel with good breakfast at ihop rooms are clean and good

Convenient location not far from the major area. Free parking was a plus. Breakfast was terrible though.

First, I tried to check-in online and got a message that my reservation couldn’t be found!. 😳 once I got there I was told about the $200 deposit mandatory hold on my card ($100 per room) Would have been helpful to know that before I booked. Stayed for one night. Decent property and the room was nice. Having the IHOP downstairs and the free breakfast voucher was a welcomed surprised.

My check-in was delayed by 1/2 hour because hotel had issue with rate that was listed by *******. They told me that your pricing said $107 instead of their rack rate of $129. All I can say is I paid too much and had the inconvenience of not getting into my room on schedule. Had to sit in lobby and wait. The air conditioner then broke down in the room and we were exhausted from traveling all the way across the country. I want a refund from *******.

I am an avid traveler. I’ve traveled everywhere and stayed in a lot of hotels one of the important things that I need in a hotel is that they serve breakfast cause I’m usually traveling with kids. This was my first time I ever booked Fairfield Inn and I booked because on the website, it said that it had free breakfast from IHOP. So let me just clear everything it is not free breakfast. It is limited like literally two choices for breakfast. It’s OK if you’re staying one night we were there for three or four days and it just became very bland for the kids. I will not stay here again, nor will I recommend the hotel, I’ll move back to Embassy. The hotel was OK but I found hair in the bathtub which is gross. I ended up cleaning out myself and they were a lot of clicking noise outside of our hotel room in the middle of the night, probably from the other hotel which was a little shady across the street. The stay was not horrible but compared to what I am used to I would not stay at this hotel again but I think it’s fine for 1 night. I just prefer another hotel where I will have a comfortable time with a variety of breakfast food choices for the kids.

It was ok, they had to move us 2/3 times to another room because something wasn’t working , but it was ok for our first time at that one, we stayed at Fairfield before an it was way better than this one, but it was alright

The toilet didn’t work properly. Had to take the top off the tank to flush it. Shower on Saturday was ice cold and never got past Luke warm. Staff told us mgmt. was told, but no resolution. Asked for towels but finally had to get them ourselves from desk. NO maid service at all from Thursday to Sunday. Staff was personally friendly but didn’t really help solve any issues. Unfortunately I am very disappointed in my stay and won’t book again.

The hotel staff was super friendly. Check in was smooth and quick. The room seemed clean but the carpets definitely hadn't been vaccuumed. There was paper and other debris all over the carpet, not just in the hallways but in our room as well. Everything else was fine. We have stay here several times and will do so again.
