國家港口凱悦嘉軒酒店(Hyatt Place National Harbor)

I got a room with the harbor view, it was so beautiful. I watched the sunset through my hotel window. And it’s a walking distance to the barbor and restaurants. Staff were hospitable and nice. The only thing is they don’t have free parking nor they cover the parking fees, unlike other hotels. This is first time experiencing having to pay for my own. I had to pay $24 for a day parking.

We were told they didn’t have the room that I originally reserved. The initial rep was rude and unhelpful. The assistant manager was able to assist me and she sent a gift to the room as a form of apology. Parking is horrible. I love the area but I won’t be returning to the Hyatt anymore.

The two queen bed room was quite large. All was immaculate. The bathroom, too, was sizeable. The staff was lovely. My only complaint in a 3 night stay is the room was never visited by the housekeeping staff. The workout area was amply supplied and spacious. I am personally not a fan of hotel breakfasts but it was nicely displayed. Great location walkable to everything. I didn’t have a room with a view but I am sure the River view is fantastic.

From the minute I walked in the door, I was immediately treated with wonderful customer service. This continued throught my entire stay. Every staff member I can in contact with as pleasant and warm. Kudos to everyone from leadership down.

The property was dirty with pet food littered at the entrance and no one attempted to clean it up. All night long there were doors slamming, it was loud and not at all what you’d expect from a Hyatt. The breakfast was awful! We voiced our concerns to the concierge who said he’d credit our Hyatt membership with points - but didn’t ask for the membership no.! The worst experience ever..

The hotel is nice enough. I had to sign a no party policy which was no big deal, however the room above me had their music going loud enough to prevent me from sleeping until 11pm and then started again at 6am. That was very frustrating.

Loved everything except the music playing loud in the morning from the diner across the street. Spend the extra $ and get the water view room.
