Ottimo. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Arrivati prima dell orario ci hanno accolto e dato la stanza subito Colazione eccellente. Posizione strategica in centro rispetto a tutto quello che volevamo vedere. Pulizia giornaliera buona. Da consigliare. Ci torneremo

Hotel in pieno centro ad alicante, raggiungibile con il bus C6 da aeroporto alicante. La struttura è vecchia nel complesso. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di capitare ai piani alti. Stanza piccola con letti singoli. Hotel adatto appunto per un brevissimo periodo, noi abbiamo alloggiato qui’ una notte per cambio imprevisto del volo. Colazione scarsa nel bar affianco. Il personale della reception è gentile.

Ho prenotato questo Hotel per l'ottimo prezzo e per la cifra versata ho trovato esattamente cio' che mi aspettavo.... l'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione centrale da cui si puo' raggiungere tutto con una breve/brevissima camminata.... il prezzo comprende una piccola colazione al bar/caffetteria adiacente alla reception ( caffe', croissant o toast e una spremuta di arancia ), il personale e' cortese e la reception aperta 24/24, pulizia della stanza giornaliera, ascensore presente. la Stanza era di ottime dimensioni e anche il bagno. Aria condizionata e Tv perfettamente funzionanti. Ribadisco e' un hotel a basso prezzo e di conseguenza cio' che offre e' Perfetto!!! Cosa non è piaciuto · Nel bagno della ns stanza vi era una enorme macchia di muffa sul soffitto, dovuta dall'assenza di finestra e aspiratore, credo che dare una verniciata non sia di grande impegno e si eviterebbero spiacevoli giudizi da parte degli ospiti.... Avevo prenotato una stanza con letto matrimoniale ( che ovviamente avrei preferito ) ma mi e' stata data una stanza con letti singoli... Abbiamo risolto spostando il comodino e attaccando i due lettini ( senza creare problematiche nel chiedere un cambio stanza, il nostro era un breve weekend di 3 notti )... Ad ogni modo sono piccolezze che non ci hanno creato nessun problema.

We were dropped at the hotel at 10am by friends and we asked at reception if we could leave our luggage in order to be unemcumbered for our first day in Alicante. As I use crutches for mobility, this was rather important for my wife and I. Whilst the receptionist sought our booking I fielded an urgent phone call regarding imminent surgery. Alas our booking did not appear to have been made, but a little detective work found it ........ three months hence! "Not a problem" - a room was available and we checked in immediately and took our baggage u in the lift to the clean, comfortable room. Not all the answers are in the stars - I have been in many 5 star hotels with dirty rooms and unhelpful staff. This is a hotel I shall stay in again whenwe revisit Alicante. Location is excellent - a short wolk to the coast and plenty of interesting shops and bars.

Officially Hotel Cervantes is a two-star hotel, but during our five-day stay in March 2004 we found that the hotel and its staff delivered more than we might have expected from a two-star establishment. First, location. Except for the trip back and forth to the train station with our bags, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. Second, cleanliness. Everything about our rooms and places in the hotel we visited screamed clean. The cleaning staff did a great job. Third, friendliness. Hats off to all the hotel front desk and cafeteria staff for being willing and able to help us with things we forgot to bring or needed during our stay. Downsides? The room was small, on the edge of too small, and the bathroom oddly laid out and with a door that could not be opened or shut quietly (so as not to wake sleeping partner). Also, hotel water gets really hot, really fast. Be careful about hitting the lever in the shower or you could find yourself with extremely hot water before you know it. Still, overall we were very pleased and can recommend Hotel Cervantes without reservation.

Perfect little place to put your head down when visiting alicante for a few nights for a bunch of lads. Rooms spacious and clean enough just to have a rest on a short stay. Great value, staff friendly and an absolute perfectly placed little hotel 👌

Good 2 Star hotel very well situated in town. Stayed 3 nights before joining a cycle tour in Murcia. Minutes walk from main attractions - beach, cathedral, old town as well as just 15 minutes walk from the bus station. Facilities as expected from a 2 star hotel, but all spotlessly clean Reception staff (changed each day) were all friendly and helpful. Only issue was noise at night, but with only single glazed windows and town centre it is to be expected. Would recommend..

Very well located hotel, near lots of cafes and restaurants. Short walk to shops, harbour and beaches as well as great indoor market. Simple hotel but all necessary facilities, with friendly and helpful reception staff. My room faced the road but wasn't noisy. Good value.
