Nice clean comfortable hotel a bit out of town where all the tourist hotels are located. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. King bed was very comfortable and nice big shower albeit slow water pressure. The mini fridge had no ice compartment snd was very small but better than nothing .

I had a wonderful short stay,. Clean room aircon was cool and very modern room. Awesome outdoor pool and spa plenty of onsite amenities. Rstaurants and buffet breakfast and room service is a bonus being onsite. ****** and gym onsite, 15min walk to main street and hiring of bikes onsite too. Washing machine and driers available on every floor and a wellness centre. Will return and stay again.

Excellent location and facility but cleanliness of the room and customer service is not up to par for four star hotel!

Louise, with her dead-pan, unwelcoming expression, began our check-in process for two rooms. Realising that the other very lovely and helpful young woman had already opened the booking, we were ordered by Louise to "get in the other line" without any explanation of why. We dutifully did so. We then asked Louise about a restaurant for dinner. She snipped an answer without looking up from whatever she was doing. My husband said we'd appreciate better customer service from her and she said sorry and continued her more important desk work. Unfortunately, we didn't get the name of the lovely young woman who completed our check-in. I hope the front desk manager reads this review and moves Louise to a back office position as the very important first impression starts at check-in.

Rigtig godt morgenmadsbuffet inklusiv kok der laver æg på bestilling. Ganske fint hotel.

Booked the most expensive room as it was a birthday gift for my husband, entered room to find it had marks all over the walls a very stale funky smell,chipped plaster, stained and worn out lounge chair and stool. Fridge not working grime build up on tiled floors and shower, broken hand shower, mirrors all dusty and marked. Very poorly cleaned and in desperate need of a deep clean and multiple maintenence jobs. Tried to switch rooms,unfortunately only 1 other avaliable as school in Alice Springs graduation was taking place in their function room. The other room was just as poor and no one was bothered that I was inconvenienced after driving for 5 hours from Uluru,was told by reception the hotel has been sold to 'some rich guy from sydney' .All staff I encountered were either trainee's or in their 1st job, no supervisers or experienced staff anywhere to deal with my issue. I would have left if it were earlier in the day only other place with availability was the Hilton next door. Don't waste your money here, way overpriced.

Very happy with service and food in Tali rest. Position of room suited us, but felt there could be more hooks/rails for towels/clothing in bathroom. Also hand rails in shower alcove which is large and slippery. Daily room service was average.

Asked for a quiet room - was given ground floor next to the exit. Very noisy, arguing outside the door - a terrible nights sleep despite $270 tariff.
