The room's wall was damped and there were missing basic amenities in the room. The paid amount for the occupancy was not justified. The breakfast was also not good.

I paid in full for 2 days stay with late checkin. My train was delayed by 1 hour. To which they messaged me saying, we cancel-led your booking and please talk to mmt. Then after face to face talk, we were provided with another hotel. That is very pathetic way of handling someone, who paid full in advance ahead of stay.

Room was ok and clean but not spotless, was hoping a spotlessly clean room considering the price. Service was slow but staff was welcoming.

The hotel was good with a clean environment, they had a spacious room with all the facilities like lifts, wifi and many more the staff of the hotels are so cooperative means overall experience was very good

It was my best stay in prayagraj and service was too good compared to other hotels and the location was very prime. Little expensive but ok ok. I got non ac room for 2k. And that is a good deal in winters. But for summer you have to charge more. There is no distrubance while u stay. The behaviour of the staffs was humble. Nice hotel overall

I was abruptly made to vacate my room at 5 pm as i had been accommodated in a superior room due to non-availability of rooms. No hot water in the room in winters, the staff gave me a bucket of got water to shower both days. Extremely dirty and stained rooms and washroom.

Rooms are very small, short height-ed ceiling, beds are small too. Price is too high for the service they offer
