阿勒皮斯特林湖宮酒店(Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey)

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

Nous étions un groupe d'amis ayant séjourné dans cet hôtel fin mars. Du linge a été donné à la laverie de l'hôtel, il est revenu chargé d'une odeur très désagréable, impossible d'en revêtir certains. La réception a été déplaisante, elle voulait uniquement un paiement avec l'appoint, elle ne voulait pas séparer les comptes pour les 2 personnes partageant la même chambre, elle ne voulait pas donner d'infos sur les taxes ajoutées sur le montant à payer non communiquées au préalable. Le personnel ne pouvait pas donner des infos, il devait constamment s'en référer à quelqu'un d'autre. Une personne du groupe a été volée de son argent laissé dans le coffre fort de la chambre, sans investigation de l'hôtel.

На первый взгляд отель довольно живописен, но, к большому сожалению, содержание и качество сервиса низкое. Питание однообразное и скудное, официанты обсчитывают. Напитки не входят в стоимость завтрака, официанты с нас взяли оплату больше, не давали сдачу, не выдавали чек, занимались посторонними делами. Кондиционер неисправен, очень грязный балкон. Сам отель довольно старый, слив в душе забит. Неприятный запах в душевой. Постельное белье желтого оттенка.

Fuimos parte de cinco personas que celebraban un cumpleaños. Mohammad Alam, el servidor y la Praveen, el gerente acomodó nuestra solicitud de comida Jain. Una vez que se dieron cuenta de que estamos celebrando un cumpleaños, nos trajeron pastel para toda la fiesta. Proporcionaron un servicio extremadamente cordial, educado y acomodado con una sonrisa. Incluso organizaron una máquina de carga de tarjetas de crédito especial para mi tarjeta de crédito American Express. Por lo tanto, hicieron nuestra celebración de cumpleaños un extremadamente memorable con su excelente servicio.

1. Wonderful view from the hotel. 2. Neat and clean room but spiders found moving on our bed so the rooms are not disinfected or cleaned before we moved in. 3. Hot water supply for bathing was good. 4. Good behaviour of the staffs with prompt service. 5. The hotel provided an wonderful boat service for the Lake. 6. Enough space to move around the lush green property. 7. Enough supply of Tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets in the room with immediate replenishment.

Большая красивая территория. Ночевали две ночи. У людей из нашей группы пропали деньги, хранившиеся в отеле. Поэтому, если решите останавливаться там будьте бдительны. мы же в следующий раз точно выберем другой отель, который обеспечивает сохранность личных вещей и дорожит своей репутацией.

Our family recently enjoyed a day trip to Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey for a planned family get-together, thanks in part to Mr. Praveen Chaudhary's assistance. The friendly staff warmly greeted us, and Mr. Praveen ensured our day went smoothly. We loved the buggy ride showcasing the beautiful resort and the private dining space arranged for our relative's birthday, complete with welcome drinks and a beautiful cake. We booked side-by-side rooms with stunning lake views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The included lunch buffet offered a delicious and diverse spread. We highly recommend Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

The true feel of Kerala and its beauty of back waters was felt here. It was something that we all really cherished and made the most out of this place. Reaching this resort was the best part and the view of the amazing back waters of Kerala can be experienced very closely. I really enjoyed it. The overall experience of the hotel was very nice, the staffs were friendly and the food was very good too. Being a North India, they did cater to my personal requirements while preparing the food and I had a great time.

The resort is really amazing.. I and my family stayed this resort for 3 days.. We planed here for just one day.. But we extended to 3 days... It was an amazing experience for us... There are a lot activities, especially water activities.. We enjoyed a lot... The food the hospitality everything was out standing... Specially the landscape... This will be a good choice for everyone for enjoying your days.. The staffs are really friendly... All over this is an amazing place...
