It took us over 30 minutes to find anybody to check us in and when we told them how long we had been there they did not seem to care at all that we had to wait. We tried calling multiple times with no answer, the only reason we ended up finding anybody is because we had to walk around yelling for somebody. When we were trying to check out it was the same thing, no employee in sight.

Feels like a brand new property but informed it’s been open 6 years! Clean Quiet. They need to turn on the main sign as I drove right past primary entrance

Always a comfortable stay. One desk clerk wasn't as pleasant as two others I had spoken to which is the not the usual experience. We were given a room that was not yet cleaned but was just switched to a new room. No big deal. Desk clerk was super friendly and fixed the issue. Second room was spotless as usual.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The breakfast was bountiful. The only problem was a very loud air conditioner.

My 3 girlfriends and i took at Girls Trip to South Dakota and stopped in Alliance for the night. Clean, quiet room. Excellent breakfast and the breakfast attendant was great! Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed in several Holiday Inn Express locations and all are nice. This particular property was fairly new and very clean, easy check in, easy to get to, and very comfortable bed to sleep in.

The best! The breakfast was awesome. Ms. ____. in charge of Breakfast was a wonderfully pleasant and efficient lady who aimed to please. She is a keeper.

Great location off the highway. Walking in the front door and seeing the lobby was clean and inviting. The staff was pleasant and professional. When entering the room it was clean and orderly. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows for your choosing. The shower was clean and had all the necessities that you would need. Great place to stay. The breakfast was amazing. It’s one of the best that we have had in a long time.
