布魯阿爾曼薩酒店(Blu Hotel Almansa)

La habitación dejaba mucho que sesera wn limpieza. Soprendentemente a las 9.30 de la mañana en el buffet del desayuno, no habían panecillos, tampoco habían huevos revueltos y solicitada su reposición al camarero, nos comentó que no había más y no se repondrá ni los panecillos, ni los huevos. Imagínense los que llegaron a desayunar una hor más tarde, lo que les quedaría para el desayuno. Es inaceptable, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que elmorwcio de la habita ión no es nada barato. Por la mañana antes de marcharnos, entro en el lavabo del hall y lo encuentro lleno de vasos y botellones de cerveza medio vacíos de una fiesta que hubo la tarde anterior y ya eran las 11.35 de la mañana.

El hotel es fantástico. Está muy bien situado y el personal de recepción es muy amable y paciente. Nos aconsejaron qué visitar, los productos típicos... Además, resaltar la profesionalidad de Vero en la zona Wellness. Volvería a ir sin dudarlo. Lo recomiendo al 100%. ¡Gracias por todo!

El hotel es excelente. El personal de recepción, como Carlos, es muy amable y paciente. Además, resaltar la profesionalidad de Vero en la zona Wellness. Recomiendo hosped**** en el Blu, está muy cerca del centro y las instalaciones son magníficas. ¡Volvería a quedarme aquí!

El hotel en general esta bien. Falla en el aseo El pasillo en el que estaba la habitación puso 3 No fue aseado en mi estadia estaba sucio un poco desagradable la alfombra sin aspirar. El restaurante muy agradable y el personal de este muy amable excelente servicio

Hotel Blu is a modern hotel with easy access from the motorway and walking distance to city centre. I had a Deluxe double with just me in it, which was ok. I stayed an unusually long 7 nights , this hotel is predominately more transient with a lot of business coming from workers / business people who have to travel. The restaurant is on the ground floor and is staffed by very pleasant and friendly personnel. The menu was not to my taste and it has lost something in the intervening 9 years since I had a fabulous tapas lunch. However I was in Almansa to eat at other establishments so it was no big deal for me personally. The hotel has WiFi with open network protocol with range extenders, repeaters dotted around. I also had a smart TVI in my room which can act as a hub. So it should be a good signal, but it isn’t. Lots of drop out , unstable bandwidth which makes video calling all stutter and pixelation, not an ideal scenario for a business hotel. The shower over the bath was ok, small shower head, the bath though is an accident waiting to happen. The water is very soft and the bath very shiny, thus leading to a very slippery surface. I nearly went over in the bath before there was any soap used. It needs non slip mat. There are no tea/ coffee facilities in the room so it is a case of being dressed and trudging to the breakfast area or the restaurant. So no coffee in bed. Breakfast is a hot and cold extensive buffet and there is something for everyone. Coffee is good ( not as good as mine at home) for a hotel , in my experience most can not make coffee, period. I would stay here again and be satisfied, my negative comments are aimed at the hotel to get them to make more effort to be better.

Un hotel funcional. Lo mejor las camas y las almohadas que son cómodas. Lo peor que la cafetería no abre hasta las doce del mediodía, salvo para quienes tienen contratado el desayuno. Se encuentra lo que se espera.

Muy bien, servició y atención excelente, buena habitación y mucha limpieza, desayuno surtido. Bien situado y en lugar tranquilo. Buen aparcamiento y con acceso directo al ascensor. En recepción dispuestos a ayudarte e informarte de todo lo que desees ver.
