歇拉旅館酒店(Shera Inn Hotel)

Отель расположен в тихом (спальном) районе. Номера отелей просторные и очень чистые, что очень важно для отелей. Без каких-либо неприятных запахов. Кухня хорошая. Всем порекомендую данный отель.

Ужасный охранник на шлагбауме , вообще нету понятия и уважения к гостям отеля.

The hotel service was not at all upto the mark. Staff at reception needs to work on their English language. Before coming to the hotel we checked with them for early checkin and checkout. The staff confirmed there won’t be any additional charges for the same, however, on the last day they did everything to make it tough on us. We decided to extend the stay by one day and were told certain amount to be paid on the second day of the stay and it was paid. Upon coming back from tour in late evening we were told you need to pay extra because staff made some mistake and told us wrong tariff for the extra night in addition to early check in charges. Ayat got involved on last day (good in English) and helped us to resolve the finances and came up with in between amount. But the drama from staff that their salaries will be cut, they will need to pay for error, plus weak communication skills was a disaster. Even after agreeing it was their mistake they threatened us to be thrown out of hotel (at 11 pm after our tour) if not paid was too much to take in. We got a decent room with an excellent view, but sink was getting clogged, tap in shower area were not working forcing to take shower in bath tub. Jet spray wasn’t working. Rooms were not cleaned till asked to be done. Breakfast options were very limited esp for Vegetarians, too much meat in early morning. Overall would never advise to stay at this hotel when you have other better options.

Yes, yes, I am a traveler with experience, a genius of the highest level, who has stayed in luxurious Dubai hotels where the staff is ready to anticipate your every step, and have spent nights in hotels in Novosibirsk where mosquitoes played the role of free blood-sucking masseurs. SheraInn has managed to create a unique combination of the "best" from both worlds! Let's start with the rooms, where I expected to immerse myself in comfort and luxury, but instead, I was greeted by the smell of dampness as if I found myself in an underwater cave. The air conditioner, which was supposed to create an oasis of coolness, turned out to be not only noisy but impossible to make quieter, depriving us of the opportunity to enjoy tranquility. And all this happened after calling a technician who entered the room in dirty footwear. Furthermore, the problems kept accumulating: besides the dampness, there was a smell of old bedding in the room, which did not add any charm to our stay. Imagine my astonishment when I opened the curtains and saw construction netting in front of the window, ruining the view of the mountains. It seemed as if the windows had not been cleaned for a hundred years and served as a source of dust and dirt. And how enlightening it was when I headed to the spa, hoping for relaxation and tranquility! Instead, I was greeted by a rude spa staff member who didn't even offer towels. I had to beg for them myself. And what about the fitness bar? Unfortunately, it doesn't exist, so if you want to replenish your energy after a workout, you'll have to seek inspiration on another continent. But the most horrifying moment was breakfast, where I was welcomed by a rotten chicken with an unpleasant odor. My complaint to the senior waiter did not receive any apologies, only indifference and explanations that it was a mistake by a novice waiter. In conclusion, SheraInn deserves the title of the world's most dreadful four-star hotel. Travelers, be prepared for an unforgettable experience that you'll want to forget like a nightmare, and share your story with others so that they know what hospitality pitfalls await them in Almaty!

Не могу посоветовать. 1. В номере, где мы проживали красивый вид, но окна настолько грязные, что он не особо виден 2. Окна не открываются, солнечная сторона, Вентиляция и кондиционирование работает исключительно но тепло. Итог: 31.5• в номере 2. В полу, между плиткой и ковролином планка сломана в одном месте, торчат гвозди, спокойно можно ногу разодрать (закрывали полотенцем) 3. В ванной душ не работает. Точнее работает или холодный или супер горячий. Так что ванна просто для вида 4. Душ работал первую день хорошо, но на следующий воды особо не было, а в туалете вообще пропала. Так что из супер-номера пришлось идти в туалет на ресепшн (супер удовольствие) 5. В 10:45 еды на завтраках уже нет, хотя завтраки типа до 11:00 включительно 6. На ресепшн на момент заезда девушка «ну прям очень приветливая была». Наверное, мы ее потревожили своим заездом в 23 вечера (10.10 заезд был). В остальные дни ребята на ресепшн были доброжелательные. Никогда не пишу отзывы, но что-то как-то много негативных моментов в одном месте. Хотя я не предвзято отношусь обычно к отелям
