tiene una cocina de ecenografia , no tiene ningun utencillo , ollas, pava , platos tenedor cuchillo , NADAAAAAAAA no se xq ponen que tiene cocina si no tienen nada para cocinar , en la recepcion te ofrecen para comprar ollas y sartenes !!!! una verguenza !! no pongan que tiene cocina si tienen nada para cocinar , yo necesitadfba cocinar mi comida y no pude , no vuelvo mas una truchada

Es limpia y muy tranquila, pero la cama es pequeña y no tienen muchos servicios como máquina de hielo y desayuno.

Ya estaba cerrado cuando llegue y no avía autorizado el pago

Jennifer was great. It was a little noisy. I can deal with noisy, but there were roaches. Roaches are something I can’t deal with.

The front desk attendant, Anthony, was discourteous and neglected to verify the hotel voucher or our confirmation for the registered name, causing inconvenience to us as Asian customers arriving from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport to Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Alpharetta. Despite prepayment, credit card authorization, and a 27-day reservation made two weeks earlier, entry was denied, with Anthony citing overbooking without examining the provided hotel voucher or confirmation. This resulted in an unpleasant experience for a group of 8 people, including a delegate falling ill due to the cold weather, making this property not recommended for stay. Please avoid this property!

Booked for a late check in but front drakes was closed and no answered the phone after multiple calls. Next morning, guest service was extremely rude and not helpful Blaming the customer and denying my refund. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Absolute worst hotel in the world!

The room next to me were up all night very loud . You can hear everything this the walls .i want stay there again.

Hotel cancel reservations and was trying to charge me $100. Hotel didn’t allow me and my children to stay. Had to sleep in car with children.

Room wasn't very clean, we saw 4 roaches walking around the bedroom and bathroom. Not recommend
