Our stay at Sorrisniva Igloo Ice Hotel was an enchanting, magical journey in the Arctic wonderland that has still left us in awe many months afterwards. From the moment we set foot in this icy world, we were captivated by the unique charm and exceptional hospitality. The ice sculptures and accommodations were a true marvel. We were instantly immersed in a world of ethereal beauty. The intricate ice sculptures adorning the walls were breathtaking, creating an ambience that felt like a dream. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their expertise and genuine enthusiasm added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. The facilities were impeccably clean and tastefully designed, showcasing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The culinary offerings were a highlight, with a diverse menu of delicious, warming dishes that catered to a range of tastes. The attention to detail is truly commendable. From the meticulously crafted ice sculptures to the thoughtful touches in the accommodations, every aspect of our stay reflected their commi**ent to excellence. It is a gem that stands out and offers a perfect blend of adventure and luxury, creating memories that will linger long after the frost has melted. Our stay was truly magical.

Globalement assez déçu, l'accueil avec le salon principal sont assez froid, nous n'avons pas dormi dans les chambres mais uniquement dans l'Igloo, je m'attendais à ce qu'il y ait plus d'attention de la part du personnel comme par exemple un thermos d'eau chaude. Les activités sont extrêmement chère.

Although we didn't stay overnight at the ice hotel we went there as part of a tour for a visit. It's much bigger than we expected and the inside of the ice hotel was just amazing! Each year it is designed with a different theme and this year it was Africa. We could wander around at our own pace seeing the various bedrooms from standard to suites having ice coffee tables, ice chairs and even an ice fireplace! When ready we went up to the ice bar where they gave you a lovely blue vodka drink in a real ice glass which funnily enough warmed you up! Although we must say it wasn't as cold inside the ice hotel as we had expected, you need to dress appropriately. The ice carvings were fantastic and even some of the rooms had these too. There was even a full size ice car (jeep) that you could sit in and have a photo taken. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. Well worth a visit and we think it would be an amazing, if a different experience, to stay there for a night!

Fantastic ice hotel and surroundings. Ice sculptures, beautiful rooms, a bar with a blue dronk and chapel for weddings. All in ice and snow. The crew was polite and gave us an extra tour. The new indoor hotel looked amazing. It is still the most important location to visit in Alta.

This is an amazing Hotel run by a Norwegian family who are wonderful people. Their service is fantastic warm and friendly. We were made so very welcome. The staff were always happy and helpful. The food was exceptional and ours rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The views are breathtaking Sea Eagles ,Leaping Salmon and the famous River Alta in your front Garden simply wonderful. This is a must visit for out door lovers at any time of the year. I will be back for Chris**as with my entire family as this is a magical place with incredibly high standards.

Wenn man einmal im hohen Norden ist, sollte man hier unbedingt eine Nacht verbringen! Das Hotel wird jedes Jahr neu gebaut und unter ein bestimmtes Motto gestellt. Im Jahr 2023 war es Afrika. Das Zimmer war gut, die Betten auch. Nette Idee, Rentierfälle als Unter Lage zu verwenden. Fazit: Ein im Leben sollte man hier übernachten! Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls klasse!

Wir hatten für eine Nacht eine der Suiten im Iglu-Hotel gebucht - tolle Erfahrung! Frieren muss man nicht! Die Sauna am nächsten Morgen war Klasse! Wir hatten für den Tag danach außerdem im Hotel noch eine Snowmobil -Tour gebucht. Können wir nur empfehlen! Bucketlist - Done!
