Room was very nice and spacious. Only issue was check in. Had to call the hotel while standing at front desk to get someone to come check us in.

Liked the staff and how clean & quiet this property is

We had cockroaches in our room. One crawled out of the microwave after using it. Then the bathroom had a roach behind the door. The bathroom floor was not clean and tons hair in the tub. I did take pictures of the bathroom cockroach

We loved our stay! The rooms were really clean and comfortable. We felt very safe and comfortable staying at this hotel. It was quiet even on a busy weekend. Everything in the room worked great including the a/c which can be controlled in each room. The staff was all really friendly and helpful! The pool was warm and the workout equipment all worked properly. It is much closer to adventureland and a lot of shopping areas then we expected but that was a nice bonus. The breakfast buffet was great, they had so many options to choose from. The cafe style breakfast area was nice. The coffee, expresso, hot chocolate machine in the lobby was awesome and we loved having that available at all times! The only thing that could be improved is if they kept the towels better stocked in the pool area.Though it was a really busy weekend and staff was very quick to give more towels when asked.Overall we enjoyed staying here for our vacation and would definitely stay again. We will reccommend to any friends or family who wanted to stay in the area.

It is a nice hotel, as you would expect from a Best Western. It is right next to Adventureland, which is great if that's your destination. It can be a little busy there and a lot of kids during the summer.

Older property but clean and breakfast was excellent. Good access to everything.

The staff was very friendly & the hotel was clean. Also it's just accross the street from adventureland, so you don't have to pay their high parking prices.

We stayed overnight Saturday to attend nearby Adventureland. The room was clean and comfortable, but a little small for a family. Fantastic location - you leave the theme park and the hotel is just across from the exit - hard to beat that when you're tired after a long day of fun. Breakfast options were limited at the time we went because it was very crowded so get there early on a weekend for best selection.

********** did not tell me the pool was closed to do to maintenance. The bathroom and linens were clean. The floor in the room was not as clean.

The kids and I stayed here in the past about 2 years before this stay and it was a great stay. Very friendly staff, room nice and clean with a great breakfast. This trip it was like it lacked staff. The breakfast wasn’t stocked or slim pickings and when we tried to find staff they were no where to be found. All in all it wasn’t the best stay but it worked.
