My boyfriend and I decided to take an impromptu weekend get away. Booking was easy and the property was nice. The staff made this property stand out. The woman who checked us in was amazing. I was expecting a totally different personality from a night check in person. At other properties the night staff can't usually be bothered to be helpful. She was so helpful. She told us where to go and that there was a party of 12yr old girls on our floor. She says to let her know if they were to loud. She asked if we needed anything and I had forgotten toothpaste and my bf had forgotten his deodorant. She gave us both items complementary. Oh and she also found my rewards account i had forgotten about. Her customer service was exemplary.

My truck broke down about 10 miles east. It was cold, and i hitchhiked to get here. The ataff gave me a blanket

We keep coming back to Holiday Inns because its always the best overall stay between hotels.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. The best breakfast we have had and the pool area having longer hours was a plus. Plan on staying here again.

Overall great experience. The bathroom tiles could use some updating, some were cracked.

This day was just an overnight for me, my husband and our two grandchildren. My husband was going to a concert so we decided to bring the grandkids and let them stay and swim in your pool.

The staff was super friendly & the room was clean & neat. Very family friendly & the breakfast was actually breakfast. Not prepackaged snacks.

It was wonderful the bed and pillows were both great. We had a good night sleep and great breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back next year at fair time!

For the price, I hoped for a nicer experience. Our room was ok, but there was a stain on the carpet as well as on the wallpaper. The tub/caulk could use some "spiffing" up. The floors/table in the breakfast area were a mess from a noisy group the night before (chips, etc. on the floor). Overall for $200 for a room, it should have been better.
