尼梅拉納提加拉堡宮殿酒店(Neemrana's - Tijara Fort Palace)

Obv the location isn’t great, but the property is lovely! The hospitality is awesome, definitely go there.

Worst experience ever ! We have travelled around the world & also to a lot of neemrana properties but this was our worst experience ever. The staff is very rude(most of them),they will show you eye balls and would go to any extent to prove you wrong. So we booked for 22nd april for 5 couples & we thought we would have a good time but from service to food(Our kids had smelly fish) everything was bad. There was only one server Mubarak khan in the restaurant who was very courteous and helpful. Mr mohit who took our booking from neemrana hotels never took our calls or even there staffs calls after we complain about miscommunication for a lot of things for our booking. Didnt expect neemrana staff to behave this way! Spoilt our holiday

DO NOT VISIT if you are lookin for great hospitality.We were 5 couples with kids n their behaviour their attitude was not better than hooligans.Properties like these run on hospitality n brand name but the staff was super adamant & was behaving as property belongs to them.management needs to do serious thinking. Im happy that my trip is over & im back home rather than being sitting with staff who shows no courtesy . Food was pretty average rotten fish was served & chefs were still trying to justify it rather than accepting the fault. There was no mention of a dry day while making booking n when we reachd we got the surprise .we had some stuff of our own so we settled on a rooftop but within 5 mins 3 different management group came that u cant do n kept standing on our head as if we are not leaving even when we packed up n were jus sitting doing chit chat & playing with our kids. Their behaviour their approach towards us was par below whats called basic etiquettes whereas drinks were going on at other rooftops so why jus us being targetted .never ever visiting any neemrana property again.

We were a family of 3. The road from Delhi was nice , except for the last 2-3 kilometres. The checkin reception was okay , we were actually expecting a better welcome at the front desk on arrival. The room and landscape were good and beautiful. We were there on a weekend so it was a nice cultural program in the evening and in fact they had a nice cake cutting celebration on Mother's day. They also gave gifts to mothers during the next day check out. The compulsory gala dinner was overpriced with limited food spread. They should either decrease the per head price or increase the food spread with a more exotic food menu. Over all a nice weekend trip 😃.

Loved our stay, only because they had a lovely/fulfilling cultural show on Saturday and their staff is the most helpful ever. It was hot and before check-in, their helpdesk told us that the pool is not working. However, it was. Loved the stay, food was average, but service is amazing. Kaleka mahal was our room name, and it had two floors. It also had a projector show in its wall, which was a highlight.

Just came back from an enchanting escape to Tijara Fort Palace! 🏰✨ This hidden gem is a perfect blend of history and luxury. About 1 hr drive from Delhi. The rustic charm of the fort is captivating, and the panoramic views from its ramparts are absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are elegantly designed, offering a royal experience with modern comforts. And the BEST part, each room is different from the Other. There are no two identical rooms. The property has 3 sections - Maharaja Fort, Maharani Fort and the New Fort. What truly stood out were the tranquil gardens and the serene pool area – a rejuvenating oasis. The staff's warm hospitality made me feel like royalty throughout my stay. Whether you're a history buff or simply seeking a peaceful getaway, Tijara Fort Palace is an idyllic destination to unwind and relish the regal vibes. The food at Khajoor Mahal was impeccable and not to miss the view it offers. The interiors everywhere will keep you spellbound, Can't wait to return!

Excellent services, all the staff n food was awesome, we liked the experience in staying the best,we love the ambience of the place, staff person like sandeep ji, ashok sir, naresh ji were very good n helpful apart from them all them were very nice

OUR STAY AT TIJARA FORT PALACE WAS AMAZING AND A MEMORABLE ONE. THE HOTEL IS SITUATED ON HILLTOP WITH A BREATHTAKING VIEW. STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL, WELL MANNERED & CORTEOUS. FOOD WAS DELICIOUS WITH SO MUCH VARIETY. ROOMS WERE BEAUTIFULLY DONE WITH ROYAL TOUCH. THEY CELEBRATED MOTHERS DAY WITH US BY CAKE CUTTING AND GAVE ME BEAUTIFUL GIFT WHILE CHECKING OUT. LOVED THERE GESTURE. MUST VISIT PLACE FOR A DAY AT LEAST. WITH SCOPE OF MORE VALUE ADDED SERVICES & BEAUTIFICATION WORK STILL GOING ON THIS WILL BECOME A MARVELLOUS GEM TO VISIT

Its a beautiful fort turned into hotel. Me n my wife stayed for a night & enjoyed the calmness n serenity of this place. It was my bday n they arranged for a cake at a short notice. Overall a great place to visit and awesome hospitality. Special mention to Chef Rajesh, Sandeep and Narayan.
