潘達酒店式公寓(Panda Hotel Apartments)

La qualità delle stanze è molto povera, basica sarebbe un lusso. Anche le pulizie non sono un gran che. Sono delle stanze grandi, non fatevi irretire dal prezzo e dalle foto. Non vale davvero la pena. Deve essere sistemato in molti campi, dalla pulizia alla qualità degli arredi, dalle suppellettili. Se uno non ha pretese, può andare bene, la stanza ha anche un cucinino.

We booked at the Panda Hotel in Amman for two weeks. We were drawn to it as for it was walking distance to nearly anything you could need. Grocery store, pharmacy, food, malls, shopping, all walking distance. We were a large group, and we booked 2 apartments. Perfect, from the ride home we arranged through the hotel from the airport to everything else we needed and the hotel provided. Need recommendations on where to eat or not eat? Need a cab called? Or how about 24hr covid test done before you leave? Done. Front desk speaks english too which is a plus. Also, my suitcases werelost when I arrived at the airport. As soon as I asked the front desk at the hotel if they could help, my lost suitcase appeared within 48 hours. Excellent service and would definitely recommend!

The employees were very friendly and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stayed and would recommend.

We had a truly horrendous experience in Panda hotel apartments. We booked as the price was quite affordable and we were looking to only stay for sleep and be outside otherwise. Myself (Irish) and my husband (Jordanian) arrived at around 7.30pm on a friday evening to check in before meeting friends, after calling for someone to check us in and waiting almost 10 minutes, my husband called the phone number and someone appeared several minutes later from upstairs. We were told by the man working there that we could not check in despite having our original marriage certificate (In english) as we did not have a Jordanian family book. My husband called the owner who informed him we would not be able to stay as our legal document was not sufficient. He also told me that had my husband been foreign, it would be a different situation. I honestly have never had such an awful experience and have stayed in countless hotels across the middle east mainly in Jordan.

Apartment very good, staff helpful, location in a neighborhood where there were lots of shops, restaurants, bistros and one large shopping mall, distance from the center was about 8 km.

Very kind staff and appartement well equipped.

Great people and wonderful atmosphere.

No hot water. Last minute cleaning of my room.

الفندق جدا نظيف ومرتب وموقع الفندق ممتاز كل شي جنبه. الغرفة واسعة وكل الخدمات كانت متوفرة الاخ هيثم جدًا خدوم وكانت تنفيظ للطلبات جدا سريعة. مريح وهدوء في الفندق. شكرا واكيد راح ارجع احجز مرة تانية وبنصح الجميع ينزلو فيه.
