阿姆利則藍色海濱公寓(BluSalzz Residence Amritsar)

Booked direct for September but had to cancel trip and was promised refund. Three emails and one phone call and I have received nothing. Hotel may be very nice but their customer service is appalling. Have had to accept I will never receive a refund

On arriving at the BluSalzz hotel Jasdev hotel manager and his staff were very welcoming and friendly....this first impression was reassuring. Cold drinks and help with luggage from car which was needed after a long flight from UK was appreciated. Checking in was very smooth and straightforward. We had booked 2 rooms which we wanted next to each which was accommodated for. Our rooms were immaculate and decor was to a high spec, beds were very comfortable. At the restaurant Pankaj restaurant manager and his team were also extremely accommodating. Januka in particular was very kind and caring to the needs of my family a teenage daughter and elderly parents. She was very patient with us trying different foods and after 1 day she understood out food and dietry requirements. Food was very tasty and delicious and once again staff were very caring and considerate. Overall Jasdev Singh has done an excellent job in training his staff to see to the needs of guests. We did visit other hotels but they did not compare to the cosy, genuine family friendly vibe at the BluSalzz hotel. Jasdev Singh went over and above to see to our every need, nothing was too much trouble. He empathised with our needs and made us feel part of his family. I will definitely come here again. If you want luxury, excellent care and service this is the one. The location is perfect and the hotel is so clean and outstanding in every way. Thank you Jadev Singh and your team. Your team were always friendly and smiling and very caring.You have made our stay magical!

Very friendly staff. Best service by Mr. Jashan 😊😊😊😊😊. Food is good exelant and amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooftop restaurant is very good MBS. Against thanks to Mr jashan good service and Humber nature .., ☺️☺️☺️☺️😀☺️😀😀

My dining experience at bluSalz was truly exceptional.The welcoming atmosphere, amazing decor and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The menu offered a delightful array of dishes, each expertly crafted with fresh, high quality ingredients. Every bite was a culinary delight. Highly recommended!

It wasn't a plan in advance for us to visit Golden Temple in Amritsar in last week of April 24. But for sure, when it's for hotel stay in Amritsar I always connect with my friend Jasdev Singh. He guided me what was possible for our family in Amritsar and what I understood that I would be more comfortable under his supportive accommodation. This time he had Blusalz residence under his supervision so I preferred the same, but trust me I really felt the place as a home better than a home....neat and clean rooms and washroom and courteous members of the hotel..... It's situated in the best available location for good hotels in Amritsar and access to any religious and historical places is easier....and most importantly any type of authentic and famous eateries are nearby ........... WE LOVED THE STAY....and probably it shall be a remarkable stay for our family...... Thanks to my friend Jasdev

We had planned our event in this hotel and we booked pool side area. We really enjoy our event…. The staff is too polite and friendly especially Michael,Rohit,jashan and chef Varinder for their service and also for their tasty food… Thank uh so much…💜💜
