PR公寓(Hotel PR Residency)

Please do not stay at this hotel! The pictures are not a reflection of what they promise. The establishment is dirty, old, in serious need of repair. My bed looked like it had just been made up from the previous guest, it wasn’t ironed or neat. There are tears in the bedding, it is also dirty. There is a lot of filth in the room. There is so much that is broken, a sofa that has a huge tear in it, broken table, broken fridge (which is listed as an amenity), broken glass between the two areas, broken table leg. I chose breakfast and was offered a limited option to eat in my room. Seems like there is no restaurant available. The toilet seat was broken and had an awful smell in the early hours of the morning. I arrived late and had to stay over night and left the next day. During this time there was a cigarette butt with ash on the floor outside my door and no one bothered to clean it up. Due to this, I left the hotel 5 days earlier. The hotel has refused to reimburse me on the basis of the above, despite their pictures not being an accurate reflection. During my time here, the electricity and WiFi continued to go on and off intermittently. The price to stay is similar to mid to high end hotels but it’s definitely not comparable. It’s old, worn down and in serious need of repair!

Very bad, given a small room. The room was undergoing some maintanence work. The hotel ***agement should have considered us being a senior citizen , might have given a better room. The room tariff paid was gone wasted. Denied buffet break fast, instead they want to bring break fast to room.

Don’t get fooled by pictures of property on Google. Those pictures are 7 years old. I was travelling with my old mother to Amritsar. The room allotted to me was in poor condition. Even worse was the room service. Despite multiple calls and even personal multiple visits to reception, the hotel people failed to provide me drinking water and tea. There was no provision of dental kit and bathing kit. Please refrain from this property.

Poorly maintained hotel. Though room is spacious seems to be not renovated since agies. Its a lodge type hotel. Bath room is pretty bad & unhygienic cocrachous roaming every where including bed room. Wonder how come city corporation has issued a hotel licence !! Top of it ***y award certificates hanging near to the reception !!

I booked this hotel at 3k per night for my freinds, because of the location. They had pathetic experience staying here. They didn’t even provided them basic a***itas. Their wifi and landline in the room was not working at all. They requested them ***y times but no solution was provided. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. There are ***y other good options available but everything was sold out and had to book this at last.

I have very bad experience for the hotel. No proper breakfast, Fully hotel and rooms are getting bad small, I will never chose this hotel and I will recommend to my friends for not chose this hotel.

very nice services by every staff front office staff is very friendly and makes us feel like the home every thing is perfectly arrived on proper time staff greet us with very nice welcome drinks which is very impressive

Hotel is nice with great infrastructure Service is over all good nice view Of whole Amritsar butter. Chicken is soooo delicious 😋 and shake Are also very good . I received all the supplies and amenities in my room It's was good to live there

Nice stay overall very lovely staff and good locality Most importantly no traffic and no crowded place Rooms are very spacious Food is also tasty Priyanka a Receptionist over there is very polite and gave us very warm welcome I like the stay
