薩沃德酒店(Hotel the Savode - Just 2 Mins from Golden Temple Amritsar)

I booked this hotel after a family friend recommended me this property and i m glad i booked this hotel. Such a nice hotel, beautifully built, cozy ambiance, well ***nered and friendly staff. The cafe deliche and food is cherry on top. Everything was on point. They have listed this hotel as a 3 star boutique property but whatever they are offering is more than a 3 star hotel will offer. I recommend this hotel to everyone planning their visit at amritsar.💯💯

This hotel is TERRIBLE! The pictures and descriptions are not accurate, the room is small and was absolutely freezing. We asked staff 4 times to come and sort out the heating and none of them could figure out how to work it. The bathroom was not up to standards, nor was the cleanliness in the room. The pictures they have posted are very misleading. Main guy at the desk who appeared to be the owner is very rude and arrogant. The other staff at the hotel showed sympathy and tried to be helpful by offering to change the room. We didn’t even stay one night and checked out within an hour
