We stayed for three nights in a beautifully decorated, large suite with amenities, such as heated bathroom floors, steam shower, espresso machine, Lalique bath products , to list a few. The windows were triple paned so you never realized you were overlooking Dam Square, until you looked outside. Quiet AND in the heart of the city are a perfect combination The staff was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable on everything you asked them. The doorman actually walked us down into the nearby Metro stop to make sure we got on the right train. Dinner at the restaurant had to be one of the best dining experiences we have had. The tasting menu, along with the wine pairings, was amazing. Every server in the restaurant was professional, without making you feel intimidated by any question or request. Highly suggest the Breakfast Experience as well in the morning to start out your day. Cocktail lounge was hip, yet comfy, with the bartender remembering our drinks the second night- always a good sign of a professional mixologist! So glad we found this hotel. Wish I could give them six stars, instead of 5!

Great small hotel with 16 suites. Ours overlooked dam square with large bedroom and gorgeous living room. Master baths had heated floors and toilet. Twin shower and steam Bedroom was large. Staff was amazing and we travel a lot. Maybe the most helpful and nicest we’ve ever had Breakfast either in restaurant or room was perfect. Barca’s great both gorgeous and fun. Good location but hectic compared to the museum areas Totally unique would go back

Vandaag precies een week geleden checkten we in in hotel TwentySeven. Bij binnenkomst werden we meteen heel hartelijk ontvangen door het personeel en voorzien van een flesje water en oprechte interesse van waar we kwamen. De receptionistes vertelden dat we de suite met het mooiste uitzicht kregen, daar was geen woord gelogen aan. Butler James ging ons voor in de lift naar de zesde verdieping en gaf ons een rondleiding door de suite en uitleg van alle speciale zaken die er aanwezig waren. Wauw, wat een luxe. Dat hadden we nog nooit meegemaakt! Prachtig uitzicht op de dam! Een enorm groot rond bed, een luxe badkamer met föhn en weegschaal. De toiletbril die vanzelf omhoog gaat als je de badkamer of het toilet binnen gaat. In de nacht een lampje dat aangaat onder het toilet als je de badkamer binnen komt. Een geweldig muzieksysteem, grote minibar, stoomcabine én jacuzzi. We zijn maar kort even de stad in geweest om optimaal te kunnen genieten van de weelderige luxe. Ook belangrijk om te vermelden; alles was heel goed gepoetst, geen stof te vinden. In de avond zijn we gaan dineren bij restaurant Bougainville, maar zie daarvoor mijn review van dit restaurant. Na te hebben gedineerd kwamen we weer terug in one suite en was het bed opgemaakt en stonden er flessen water en slippers klaar. In de ochtend hebben we nogmaals kunnen genieten; eerst van het stoombad en daarna van het ontbijt. Vanaf de menukaart bestellen wat je als ontbijt wil hebben. Ook nu weer zeer dienstbaar en vriendelijk personeel. Na nog even genoten te hebben van de luxe op de kamer hebben we rond twaalf uur uitgecheckt. De uitcheck verliep vlot en wederom met interesse in onze belevenis. Het was slecht weer waarop we gewezen werden op de mogelijkheid om dichtbij het hotel de metro naar het station te nemen. Dankjulliewel voor deze super overnachting. Dit is denk ik het beste hotel waar we ooit in verbleven hebben, alles klopt hier!

Our new NUMBER 1 Luxury Hotel WORLDWIDE. From the moment you set foot in the lobby you are welcomed by a smartly dressed, intelligent staff. The room is presented by a Butler who gave a briefing on the numerous amenities. Our room, #404 was on a corner with spectacular views of The Royal Palace, and the Dam Square. The room was soundproof with 4 layers of glass. Everything is Uber-High quality. The bathroom is fit for Royalty. Two automatic bidet toilets, dual shower with steam room, spa bathtub, heated bathroom floors. Decorated by a genius. Absolutely loved it! Oh, and get the Special breakfast. Fine dining in the morning. Beyond compare. Now the real reason we came across the pond was for dinner at Bougainville. Top notch experience. Have a drink in the bar prior to dinner. Hip and sexy environment. Follow it up with A Michelin Star treat, the Chef's tasting Menu. We stay in a lot of 5 Star hotels and dine in Michelin Starred restaurants. This is right there with the best in the world (think Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, Four Seasons Bora Bora). We will definitely be back. It's a reason to make a stop over in Amsterdam.

We stayed for two nights in a Junior Suite and it was spacious with an entrance vestibule (with toilet and wardrobes), sitting area (large enough) and separate bathroom (spacious with good lighting). Overall we thought the room was luxurious and very comfortable and akin to something you might find in a five star resort rather than a city centre. The big plus point was how quiet the room was, despite being slap bang in the centre of the city. We couldn't hear a thing from outside despite having a large window overlooking the main street and corner of the square. I had two of the best sleeps ever with the peace and quiet and very comfortable bed. Staff were attentive, helpful and very welcoming every time you returned to the hotel. We were room only and didn't dine at the restaurant. The bar had a good vibe to it. Overall, I can not fault Hotel Twentyseven and my only hesitation about staying here again is the cost.

What a high-quality hotel! Situated in a historical building at Dam Square, so it is super central, this hotel is amazing. We stayed in the hotel at Chris**as and had diner in Michelin star rated Bougainville restaurant. The combination is just prefect! The reception at the hotel was warm en professional. We had a suite on the fourth floor, overlooking Dam Square. On arrival the butler was awaiting us at the elevator leading us to our suite. in the suite, a waitress waited for us with a cocktail, The suite was very luxurious, crystal clear and warm decorated. A bathroom with a spacious jacuzzi, double shower/sauna. The king size bed was just perfect to sleep well. Several pillows to choose from. Lights, air conditioner and temperature are to be adjusted by touchscreens. But what makes this hotel extra special is the service of every member of the staff. They really make the stay something special.

Our favorite hotel so far in all of Europe. Our room was like a spa and we absolutely loved it. Industrial grade steam room and the best Jacuzzi tub we’ve ever experienced. The staff was incredibly welcoming and they went above and beyond our every request. The bartenders were amazing and the concierge was incredible. They were at our beck and call 24 hours a day, we were treated like royalty.
