I never saw such worst hotel in last one decade. Dust on floor, stains on towels, electrical wires are hanging, no regular water for bath. Only high temperature water. I got scolds. Usually we request for hot water. But i request for regular water for bath. Terrible hot water in all taps, no tissue for suite room even charged 4400. No tea or coffee after breakfast. Collected money for breakfast but given small pocket given mostly picked on another hotel no tooth brush or paste. I never such worst maintain hotel. I never go to such hotels make my trip team must visit

Really bad experience have shared my opinion to an executive before also. The room was not cleaned, no water was provided, soiled towel was on the floor, broken faucet, un cleaned closet, broken shower, no toiletries, tv not functional are some of the issues. No check in or id varification by the staff. Wats happening guys. Photos as i found the room

No drinking water, room is not good. Out said room and lift are cleaned. No bucket for both.

Clean room proper maintained wash rooms. 24 hours hot water and mineral water for drinking.

Hotel staff don't know how the booking works, i had booked a room for 3 and hotel staff fought with us stating it's booked for 2. It took 1 hour to explain and make them understand. Hotel cleanliness was average

The room floors are not cleaned properly. Washroom also not cleaned and had hairs all over. Reception person's behavior is not convenient, he also made me wait for 15 minutes for check in. And asking unnecessary questions. This is my second time in the hotel compared to before this was a bad experience in the hotel. Will not recommend this for next visit. Nothinh

This hotel is not functional. I booked two rooms from makemytrip and called the hotel couple of hours before check in. We were denied check in and after escalating it with make my trip we were allowed to check in but only to understand that the hotel rooms are in disuse since long time. I would suggest all the booking portals to remove this from their list as it’s misleading to show whatever this one is as a functional hotel. Just don’t book it and waste your time and money.

Easily accessible from busstand. Friendly and courteous staff. I had provided a big room with very good ventilation. Cleanliness of the wash room can be improved. Overall excellent stay
