Currently going through a remodel, which is fine but listening to constant hammering until 9pm while trying to sleep was a letdown.

체크인 시간 3시보다 더 일찍 1시쯤 호텔에 도착했는데, 별도의 추가 요금 없이 체크인을 진행해주어서 짐을 맡기지 않고 호텔룸에 짐을 두고 편리하게 일정을 진행할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식으로 Hot item을 주문해서 먹었는데, 맛이 좋았습니다.

It was horrible showed up early and was told room would not be ready until after three did not really have anywhere to go so went to a movie and ate to waste time only to come back and be told they did not have a king room left that I would have to take a double. Did not offer to hurry and clean one. The cleaning staff were all over the halls blocking the way to get to rooms and were just standing around talking.

It was dirty. The staff are distracted and unfriendly. No room clean up. Elevators are terrible. Lobby is nice. Bistro staff slow and uninterested in serving

This stay was the worst experience I have ever had. Called for an airport shuttle and the driver was extremely rude. Didn’t help with bags at all. We had 3 children with us and he refused to take us without car seats for all of them. We had a booster seat for one of our kids. He told us to have my husband take a taxi with the other 2 kids. I get the car seat requirements but the way he spoke to us was extremely rude. I took the shuttle with my son age 10in a booster (our 10 YO son is past booster requirements but the driver insisted he sit in a booster) when we got to the hotel the guy just went inside leaving me to unload all our luggage with my 10 year old son. My husband called stating that the taxis didn’t have car seats or were already full. I found the driver and asked him to go back with the booster seat to get him and he said no, just told me to tell my husband to wait for another taxi. Upon going to our room it smelled of *********. We went back to the front desk and told them we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in that room with our three children. They switched us to a different room which was also very dirty pee on the bathroom floor, hair on the floor etc. The few people I ran into in the halls at 1 am when checking in looked like they were on ***** and I didn’t feel safe walking the halls with my kids. After all of this we left and my son forgot his expensive filter water bottle at the coffee station, we quickly returned to get and it was gone-staff not helpful.

Hotel was fine, customer service was horrible. Cold and grumpy front desk staff when I checked in. And the hotel overcharged me by $50 over the promised ********** rate. When I called to talk to someone she was very rude and said she didn't know if they could help me or answer my question. I have since left a message for the hotel manager and hope they will resolve it - but I will not stay here again due to the poor customer service

The front desk told me the shuttle van would arrive in ten minutes. I stayed outside in freezing cold for forty minutes. My hands got numb. I called the hotel three times asking if I should just get a cab. The hotel is a five minute drive from airport. She insisted he was coming. When I finally got a cab, I noticed the shuttle van was parked and the driver inside. Horrible.

Staff incorrectly double charged us. Staff said we could stay an extra hour because of our late checking. Promptly kicking us out at the normal time. They offered me breakfast at checking. In the morning refused service, saying i didn’t qualify for it. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The shower was large and had the refillable soaps on the shower wall. The frustrations I had was when using the laundry facility (I’d been traveling for a wk already). It costs $3 for 1 load of laundry detergent, $3 for 2 dryer sheets (I opted out of) and $4 for tokens for each the washer & dryer. You have to pay cash for the tokens. I had no choice but to spend $11 at this point to wash 1 load of laundry! What’s worse is when I checked the dryer 30 mins in it was only blowing cold air and my clothes were soaked. When I told the young gal at the desk she said “maintenance is gone for the night.” I told her my clothes were soaked and she said it again “well, maintenance is gone so there’s nothing I can do.” Thankfully the more mature gal spoke up and gave me a free token to try and use the 2nd dryer which worked. It was a very frustrating experience and my laundry took over 2 hrs to complete. The other frustration was the breakfast. It costs $13.95 for their continental breakfast which is buffet style (self serve) and normally free at most hotels like the Embassy. It had scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, toast, and bagels. Not excellent, not worth it.

Property is old and tired. Decor dated. Hall carpet really needs replacement. Room HVAC system horrible: cold forceful air blowing right onto the bed. Thermostat up on wall at 7'. Unable to see it. Also located behind the vent. Very bad design. Upon entering room we found the sliding door to the outside ground level was not locked. Room lighting dismal. Switch to toilet shower room located outside that room, No light over coffee station. Cannot recommend.

Staff was rude on several occasions. Trash was found in hallways and stairwells. $15 per head for continental style breakfast. Won't be going back.

The trip was great. we stayed just one evening. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. we had a late check out of 1 pm and the staff was great to hold our luggage to 430 for us because our flight was so late.

The staff in the cafeteria was rude… they didn’t refill coffee, was cold, and when I requested, the staff said “this is a bomber, breakfast is paid here”…..

on the plus side, convenient to airport, staff helpful, friendly. on the negative side, old and in urgent need for refurbishment, food choice very basic and limited. not up to Marriot standard at all
