很好的酒店，沒有辜負我的期待，有shuttle去火車站

在那種冰天雪地的地方能有這個條件的酒店真的很滿意了

It was clear upon first entering the room that it was lacking in cleanliness. There were smears of mystery substances on walls, mugs and cups in the room were dirty, carpet hadn’t been thoroughly vacuumed, and there were clothes from the previous guest left in the drawers. We had a 4 night stay and had to request the room to be serviced on the 3rd day - which only consisted of emptying the trash and making beds (towels weren’t even replenished - we were left with one hand towel). Parking is free and convenient. The pool area was clean, despite (again) complete lack of towels. Overall a very lackluster experience.

The people in the next room were fighting and screaming all night. When we notified the front desk in the morning they said that was their second warning. Should not have let them stay. The bar and restaurant was nice. The cut fresh fruit was a nice offering. Wish the room would have been a little cleaner.

Travelling for work and it was a great stay. Safe, clean, easy parking. The free breakfast was as expected. Rooms are slightly outdated, but not the end of the world. I was on the 2nd floor and had a view of the roof. I didn't mind, but if you care about having any view opt for a higher floor.

Property was basically new condition. The room was little smaller than expected. Large kitchen area, but small under counter refrigerator. The room had a private bedroom, which was great. But the bathroom had a frosted glass door that would shine light into the living room bedroom so anyone sleeping there would be affected. Lastly, very limited towels. Had to ask twice to get more towels. Also no room cleaning service done during the time of our stay. It would have been nice to at least take dirty towels and empty the trash.

Property was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. Room was spacious and shower was great! The complimentary breakfast was excellent! We loved the airport pickup and drop off service. And Walmart was less than a mile away so we could shop for last minute gifts to take home! Overall it was a great hotel to stay in. Thank you!

Check in took forever - Lady at the desk had no idea what she was dong - could not find the reservation - complain about ******* .Had to get 3 other people to get us caked in - took 45 minutes. The waitress/server in the lounge was excellent!

Big, clean rooms. Great breakfast options like eggs, sausage, yogurt, toast, etc. Walkable distance to other dining and shopping options. Nice view of the mountains. Staff was very friendly.

Very friendly staff, super clean, nice pool and fitness’s center. Disappointed no safe boxes in the room. But have 5 stars overall. Miracle at the front desk reception was terrific! She took care of her patrons

We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt place midtown, all staff were delightful and eager to help, the manager gave us an upgrade on our hotel room, we love the premium suite on 4th floor. Very clean, they also have free breakfast, overall I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Expensive for a nothing special hotel. Also the staff forgot to bring the crib up. Took 20 minutes minimum to get in touch with front desk every time we called.
